I ordered the sweet chili lime sandwich and they forgot to put the sweet chili lime sauce and forgot the cookie that I also ordered as well. My main concern is that the seasonal sandwiches are already more pricey, so I would expect to get my moneys worth and get everything that is supposed to come with the sandwich.

We placed a mobile order and got our food quickly but there was a line and the two cars in front of us had complaints/issues with their orders. We had to sit there while BOTH of them got it worked out because there was no way for us to get out of line. There should be a better system such as pulling them up a bit or asking that they come inside for corrections. It is not ideal to be stuck behind someone in line when we already have our order. I’m sure the workers may appreciate it too.

i wouldn’t waste my time or money coming to this chick-fil-a, every time i go i order ahead online and i am stuck waiting in line for least 20 minutes, the regular drive through usually is faster than the mobile order line. the chicken minis are hard as a rock and the bread is very stale- seems like they’ve been sitting out all morning. i couldn’t even eat them. this has been several times at this chick-fil-a now. don’t waste your time!

I’m really disappointed because this Chick-fil-A constantly forgets to include my salad dressing. It has happened every single time I’ve ordered a salad. A salad without dressing is basically inedible, and it’s frustrating to get home or back to work and realize something so simple was left out again.
I understand mistakes happen, but when it’s every single visit, it starts to feel careless. Especially when you’re paying premium prices, you expect the order to be complete. I shouldn’t have to double-check the bag every time for something that automatically comes with the meal.
Please work on attention to detail and order accuracy. It really makes a difference in the overall experience.

Everytime I come here I order either the burrito bowl. The last few times my salsa packet has not been included. I cannot enjoy my bowl without it I really need to start checking the bag before I leave. I guess I got complacent due to other Chick Fil A locations never messing up my order. You cannot be complacent with this location.

Spent 40 minutes in line. Mobile through is the slowest I’ve ever experienced at any chic fila worldwide. Glad I stopped by the gas station before hand or I would’ve ran out of gas in the line.

I normally take food to go, but this one time, I forgot my milkshakes on the parking lot. Staff was so kind that they remember who I was and reimburse me for the one I left behind. They really had outstanding customer service. Not because of the milkshakes, they are usually nice to everybody, and they do their job real well. I love chick fil a. And I would strongly recommend everybody.

I can say, the lines were long at the drive thru and on the inside but hey it’s Chick-fil-A, well as Friday night football. People were ready to eat and enjoy themselves. It also says alot when you have good customer service, the staff was great, nice and friendly. My order was correct. Amazing..

That car line needs mediation. After receiving my food, hot and fresh, I was in that car line for 20 plus minutes because the car in front of me did not receive her order. These people need to be moved into a parking spot and you all bring their foo to them like they do in Atlanta. Or keep the right lane back by 2 car lengths so the left side can leave at will. Those two lanes should never have 2 cars beside each other at the front of the line.

We ordered a lemonade, frosted coffee and ice cream cone. First walking in no one greeted me and when I got to the counter I wasn’t even acknowledged. The girl at the counter was really curt and was even nicer to a coworker that walked up than me. When I got my order, my frosted coffee was all over the cup and inside the carrier. Just to add to the poor experience it tasted like burnt coffee. Just a really bad experience and won’t be back to this location.
