Stopped here for my kid after being in town for an appointment. This is the slowest chik fil a I’ve ever been to. One of the workers wouldn’t even change lanes to take orders at the backed up lane and the girl who did come take our order wasn’t even paying attention to what I was ordering. Sat in line for four minutes before our order was taken and another five or more before getting our food. Felt like I was in a McDonald’s line. The fries my kid got were luke warm along with her chicken nuggets. I’d like to add it wasn’t busy. When we pulled up there was only five cars including mine in the line.

Today was great, Carter helped me in the drive thru, he was very friendly, helped with menu choices and explained stuff well. He’s helped before and is a wonderful representation of what a CFA team member should be. I come back for the people, I know the food and environment is great but it’s the team members that make this location different.

Tonight was my daughter’s 5th birthday and she wanted to eat here. Madelyn took our order and noticed her birthday girl headband. She offered us a free ice cream cone for her and even got her a small plush chic fil a cow. My daughter absolutely loved it. Thank you to Madelyn and all the folks working hard at this chic fil a. You absolutely made my daughter’s birthday special and continue to do a great job.

Worst food ever! I don’t know what kind of meat was on my greasy bun suppose to be chicken! It looks weird and was in half! So much butter it drenched the entire sandwich! Called 8 times no one would answer the phone! Sorry store and management. I give it a zero! I’ll never waste my hard earned money ever at a Chick-fil-a!

I was in town in Sanford NC at this chick Fil A and it was 10:26 am I wanted to order lunch and the unladylike said it’s not time yet and you can’t order for 4 minutes. I said by the time I order and pay it will be 10:30 she said no we need to wait until 10:30. At 10:29 am she said now you can order I said no I will wait till 10:30 but I have never experience a chick fil a to do that. She said well this is how we do it here. I have never experienced at any chick fil a this rudeness either. Who are y’all hiring? Chick fil A is our happy place!!!! A place that I know love the Lord. My order number was 9644139. This was the 2nd of my last 3 orders that the same sandwich was received by me incorrectly – it was a Chicken, egg, & cheese biscuit with bacon. I got home, (20 minutes) opened the sandwich, and saw it was wrong, so I took it back – another 20 minutes. When I went inside the store, I asked for another meal (minus the food on the order for my wife, which was correct). The manager ( I assume, because she was wearing grey instead of red) read my receipt, looked at the sandwich (which had bacon and chicken, but no egg or cheese), and asked if I wanted “an egg & slice of cheese put on it”. I had already told her I drove 20 minutes each way, and I told her that I wanted a completely new order since this was cold – I had not eaten any of my sandwich or hash browns. She had a new sandwich made, checked it, and put it in a new bag. She then handed me the bag, and my old bag, which contained the old hash browns. I told her I wanted a new order of those as well because they would be totally cold. She gave them to me.
Totally crappy service. Asking if I want an egg and piece of cheese on a sandwich already over 45 minutes old. Just stupid, and I guess I will reject the temptation to have variety from time-to-time and just continue to go to Bojangles, which is closer and gives you more food for your money.

My husband and I frequent this Chick-fil-a often and more times than not leave in disappoint. The food is sub par in comparison to your typical Chick-fil-a standards and the wait time is almost always longer than expected. You can also forget about getting any of the sauces you ask for as the workers just throw an assortment of sauces in the bag (that is if you are lucky enough for them to put any in there). I don’t necessarily think it has as much to do with the management as it does with the genuine lack of care by the Generation Z staff members. It’s a discouraging representation of the future workforce.

I had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. My order was prepared quickly and accurately, and the food was fresh and delicious. I especially appreciated how clean and well-organized the restaurant was. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a fast, tasty meal. Highly recommend!

Do not order online in the mobile app- you will wait in the drive-thru longer than anyone who orders after you, and then some. Other locations encourage this and are much smoother in pushing more customers through quicker; that is most definitely not the case at this location (consistently).

I’ve been sick all day throwing up and I wanted to enjoy a nice warm chicken noodle soup bowl with my mom I GET THERE AND I PAY 22.32$ FOR TWO NOT ONE TWO BOWLS OF SOUP , TWO SIDES OF FRIES AND TWO TEAS, just for ME to get home , and mind you I didn’t open the bag because I live close and I was just trying to eat at MY HOUSE ,I GET HOME OPEN THE BAG THERES ONE SOUP AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE YALL DONT EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE AND I WORK TODAY THANKS ALOT CFA.. and this really says a lot because I took time out of my day, I go to work in literally 4 minutes , I took time just to write a complain which I never do , but I’m sick, hungry, cold and I spent my last few bills on cfa smh.
