I used the drive through to order 1 meal. I waited in line over 30 minuets. My food was delivered to me while I was in line, I ate the food in my truck, and was still not out of line. No employee every updated me on the hold up.

Worst a Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to. Backwards drive-thru system where they bring out orders starting with the people in the back of the line. People at the front (who have ordered first) are asked to drive back around to the front of the building. (This is done to manipulate drive-thru times so that it looks like you are serving a lot of cars at a quick pace.) We waited a total of 20 minutes from the time we entered the drive through line to when we got our actual food. Horrible management. Please work on your drive-thru service. Every other Chick Fil A location seems to get it right.

Had to change my 5 star rating to 1 star. Can’t seem to get my dressings correct with my salad. It keeps happening, and I keep forgetting to check before leaving. I end up with no dressing for my salad and don’t realize it until I’m home. I guess one way to solve the problem is to stop being a patron! I might try one more time, we’ll see.

After my boys lost both of their little league baseball games; they wanted to go to Chic-fil-A for dinner. When we arrived you could definitely tell that the staff had earned their stripes that day. They were still extremely busy upon our arrival a little over thirty minutes before closing. Even with all they were dealing with and going through; their positive attitude, eagerness to help, professionalism, and kindness still shined bright onto myself and my family. I’ve heard of the restaurant’s legendary status as far as these traits go; but it really impressed me to the point of remembering specific names of some of the employees. I must say that Hannah, Troy, Emily, Sophia, and Ava definitely lead the way in these diminishing traits. It is the humble opinion of myself and my family that these employees are what every Chic-fil-A employee should strive towards being, in representation of this elite and amazing corporation. These five employees should at a minimum be singled out for the amazing experience and services provided. Thank you.
