Visiting from out of town and took my mom here for the first time. Sat here maybe for 25 min and was approached by an older worker 5 times asking us how it is if she can take the tray(while we were still eating) it normally doesn’t bother me but she didn’t bother anyone else in our area. We FINALLY after about two years were able to have a meal at the last location near the Sam’s Club in the Charleston/So. Charleston. Usually they are so busy we could not get a parking space. The second location opening has helped with that. But the food was mediocre at best. The chicken nuggets were very salty as was the chicken in the sandwich my husband ordered. Clearly it had been soaked in something. Not fresh by any stretch of the imagination. Cooked dark brown. The waffle fries were not hot. They were just short of soggy. We won’t be back. For about the same money we could have gotten better food at Penn Station in the same area.

Got the grilled Chicken and fries it was so so. The bun was little hard, the chicken had fat which was nasty. The prices are ridiculous for food is so so. They use be a go to place but quality food and the high prices it’s just not worth it to me to want to go.

I am so sad! I ordered gluten-free bun with grilled chicken. With Celiac disease ingesting gluten is horrible. I take 1 bite and doubted it was gluten-free. I checked online images and then I called. Not gluten-free. I am devastated because I am going to be sick for months from 1 bite to work it’s way through my system not including the damage it will cause my digestive track. Along with other symptoms that are not pleasant.

We ordered tonight and picked up Chick-fil-A. I absolutely love using their app and planning orders that way… We always do a curbside pick-up if we aren’t dining in. Tonight I ordered the Market Salad with cold grilled chicken. I like the freshness and summertime vibe this salad combination gives off for a fast food salad. It has apples, strawberries, blueberries, and blue cheese crumples. I topped it with the roasted almonds pieces (and skip the granola that comes with it) and my own homemade ranch dressing I have at home. I also had an 8 piece grilled nugget and diet lemonade; yum!

So glad we have a free standing Chick-fil-A around here now. As a teenager, I frequented the Chick-fil-A in the town center mall. I love the nuggets and waffle fries! The chicken sandwiches are good (grilled and breaded). They have good biscuits for breakfast. Another long time favorite of mine is the peach milkshake which is available in summer. The peppermint shake hits the spot in december and January. Employees are super nice and theres never a long wait in the drive- thru

Great food! Great staff. The place was absolutely packed to the maximum capacity. Since we had Lenore with us (our family’s pet chicken; see photos) we dare not go thru the drive-thru. We limit her, but Lenore totally loves Chick-til-A waffle fries. We limit her to one only. Being that the restaurant was totally packed, it was to our usual amazement how fast our order was completed. Chick-fil-A is the absolute #1 in fast service and pleasant professional staff. Two employees recognized Lenore and had to say hello again.
