Hands down the best Wendy’s i been to in this area. They got all the updated drinks and food is always fresh. Staff is friendly and its not packed with door dashers. Drive thru is amazing. Plenty of parking. It gets a little crazy at rush hour or after 3pm. But they are on point staff is ready raises. Keep this team going.

Usually when I come here, this Wendy’s is always so packed in the drive thru and inside with long wait times, but today on a Tuesday afternoon at 1pm (1/13/2026), the drive thru was empty and the inside, there were only a few people sitting down. Customer service is ok, the guy at the register was nice, and even gave me free sauces when I requested BBQ sauce. The food wasn’t bad, I got the $5.50 crispy chicken sandwich deal and it was pretty good, the fries were a bit cold and weren’t fresh but the chicken nuggets and the sandwich were cooked well. In this economy it’s hard to beat a deal like that. I would recommend coming here on a weekday in the early afternoon as weekends and Friday evenings this place is always packed, the drive thru line can sometimes go out into the street!

This was the worst experience at a “fast food” restaurant I have ever experienced. They had no system and my order took 45 minutes to make with a little line. Also, doing Door Dash it took 1 hour to get the food to the customers and it was so cold. Horrible wait and experience!

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s ever. We’ve order form them several times now and they are incapable of providing orders on time. Tonight, the Uber driver actually cancelled because he had waited for over an hr and they still hadn’t cooked our food. Do not order from this location.

Very unprofessional staff. It’s very sad to have workers in a facility that don’t enjoy their job. Unnecessary attitudes from employees that work overnight. Workers were visibly on their phones while customers wait and would have an attitude if you ask what’s taking so long with the order mind you I’ve been waiting for my food for over 15 min, just to be returned with an attitude. So yesterday 11/29 I went through the drive through I specifically ordered only ketchup and onions on my burger , fresh fries and clearly they didn’t care to lsiten to what I wanted. The burger was plain NO ketchup no onion and the fries were cold!!!!! I’ve been trying to get in contact with the store ever since and they have yet to answer the phone !! This is ridiculous . Oh yea and the drive thru lady was obnoxious once I asked her for a straw seemed like it was an issue. Which btw I needed for my drink!! Never again poor service

I went through the drive through I asked about what was in the chili as far as ingredients. I have an allergy to tomato & wanted to see if there was any inside. Upon asking the cashier she stated she didn’t know. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager stated she couldn’t give me that information for me to go online and check. I’m at the window why couldn’t she just tell me what was inside. Instead she gave an attitude to me. I asked for her name she stated her name was Luna, I asked for the cashier name was told she couldn’t give me that. Manager needs better customer service skills and if she doesn’t like to work for Wendy I’ll be more then happy to work for you guys cause as a store manager for a fast food restaurant customer service is always the key.

l have been coming to this Wendy’s for quite some time lately service has been getting worse well today the drive thru girl whatever her title is l asked her for ONE extra sauce she looked at me with an attitude and thought about her answer so to be extra petty she said to me that would be 50 cents like really l guess they must take it out her check because l have never. As much as wendy’s makes a day i’m pretty sure 50 won’t make them go bankrupt. She definitely must hate her job with all that attitude for ONE sauce cup.
