The food was great when I finally got it. Kay brought us our tray missing 2 strips and 8 nuggets. No big deal UNTIL I went to ask for it even brought my receipt and Kay argued saying she did put it on my tray. She could clearly come to the table and see it’s not there. I’ve never been more disgusted at a chick fil a. I went inside to order a spicy, my food took an exceeding amount of time to come back and a kid named jade or something came out getting a drink and they were yelling for him to drop my food. Then when I got home to do my work, my food was absolutely disgusting. Never eating at this Chick-fil-A again.

I have trust issues with this chick fil a. 9/10 times that I go, they give me the wrong thing.
The first time I was in town, they gave me ranch instead of avocado lime ranch dressing for my salad.
The same thing happened again. And they forgot my cutlery.
Another night I pulled through and the person giving me my food forgot all my sauces (guys, the sauce is one of the most important parts!)
Happened again with the same person. Now when I come through and see the same employee I always have to double check, and always have to ask for my sauces.
Today I went through and ordered an egg white grill meal with a fruit cup and got hash browns instead. It clearly says fruit cup on my order. The service is always very kind and sweet but it’s always so slow, and I know they’re bound to mess up my order. I’m not the only person this has happened to, this has happened to a couple of my friends as well stating that they feel like they wait in line way longer than a typical CFA. I just wish they would take the time to double check the order is correct before serving it out because, isn’t excellent service and going the extra mile what CFA is all about?

They switched to lunch soon as I pulled in so I didn’t get to order. The barriers in the middle made it that much harder for me to get out. I waited 20 minutes in line with the rest of the customers. The guy on the headset could have suggested a sell instead of just saying okay

I did a mobile order. I had to wait a few minutes for it but not very long. Everyone was very friendly. It wasn’t crowded when I went through at 2:30 pm but usually around lunch time it’s very crowded and takes a while in the drive thru.
