Waited 15 minutes for shift change, got sat down by the guy parking come in at 4pm. Super nice guy but horrible service he got 4 tables all at once. Sad service, some one else brought out our food. Didn’t get cheese. The salad we got served was so old and wilted. Food was normal I liked my carbonara my partner hated hers. She was hungry looking forward to it lol

The carbide staff was wonderful. Efficient, friendly, and professional. My shrimp Alfredo entrée was delicious. But the calamari was awful. The breading was so thick, I could barely taste the calamari. And at the time of pick-up, this appetizer was barely above room temperature. Still, I’d definitely go back for a main course, but skip this particular appetizer

I had a very disappointing experience at the Olive Garden on 6191 Tropical Parkway in Las Vegas. When we first arrived, there were about five employees at the front counter and the attitude from the start was very unwelcoming.
After we were seated, we were told our baby’s stroller wouldn’t fit in the area, so we were moved to a different table. Unfortunately, this kept happening and we ended up being moved four different times while trying to find somewhere that would work for everyone. We even asked staff where it would be best for us to sit so we wouldn’t keep disrupting the restaurant.
Once we were finally seated and comfortable, drinks were accidentally spilled all over us. Our waiter handled the situation very well—he was extremely kind, apologized, and said he would accommodate us. He was honestly the only pleasant part of the experience.
Shortly after that, the manager came over and asked us to move again, even after we had already been moved multiple times. Before that, another employee walked by, saw our baby sitting in the carrier that Olive Garden provided, rolled her eyes very noticeably, and appeared to be the one who complained about us being there.
At that point we decided to leave. We didn’t eat anything or pay for any food, but we did make sure to tip our waiter because he was the only one who treated us with kindness.
Overall, the experience felt very unorganized and unwelcoming for a family dining out, which was really disappointing.

My experience at Carbide was mostly very positive ✨. The staff truly stood out — they were efficient, welcoming, and handled everything with real professionalism. From the moment I arrived to pick up my order, I felt well taken care of.
I ordered the shrimp Alfredo as my entrée, and it was absolutely delicious . The pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauce was rich and creamy, and the shrimp tasted fresh and well-seasoned. It was comforting, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for.
Unfortunately, the calamari appetizer didn’t live up to the same standard. The breading was extremely thick, to the point where it overpowered the actual calamari. I could barely taste the seafood itself . On top of that, when I picked it up, it was only slightly warmer than room temperature, which made it even less enjoyable.
That said, I wouldn’t let that one dish stop me from returning. The main course and the service were strong enough to bring me back . Next time, I’ll happily order another entrée — but I’ll definitely skip the calamari .

Our Traditional Meal before Christmas was picked for the Olive Garden on Centennial, We were happy to find our server smiling and happy and happy to cater to our extra sauce needs. (no offence but Olive Garden always skimps on their sauces they put on their pasta`s, leaving the leftovers dry and lacking sauce after putting in the fridge) This has happened 5 times on our meals, So we always ask to put more sauce on our meals and the waitress happily did everything we asked for it was very busy at around 11am but the staff did a wonderful job serving customers happily seeing them full and on their way. Italian Music also added to this vibe. hot breadsticks right out of the oven and dipped in alfredo sauce was wonderful as was our orders. Wonderful time to be had for the both of us. Olive Garden if you read this please put more sauce on your pastas. Thanks

I always have to preface my reviews with I am a frequent connoisseur of Olive Garden, so I know when it is done well and when it is not. We were sat immediately which was great. The server came over in about five minutes to greet us, and then came back twice but didn’t take our drinker order. After sitting for almost 15 minutes, we got the attention of a host who prompted the server to her our drink order. From there it was the longest time to get soup, salad and then our food. We arrived about 650 and our food made it to the table about 745. We also had to ask him about our food. Our server was so nonchalant and seemed unconcerned. I thought the one on Craig Road was terrible, but I think this one is equally as bad. If I’m paying for a service, I expect it to be correct. The server did apologize for the poor service at the end of the visit.
What was done well, however, was my meal when I finally got it. The salmon was cooked and seasoned to perfection and so was the broccoli. Probably the best I’ve had but the service needs to improve though.

My boyfriend and I frequent here at least 1-2 a month, whether it’s for little dinners out, or large family gatherings, we always have a great time.
Tonight was especially wonderful because of our server, Kevin. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made our dinner tonight so wonderful. Bringing refills without asking, checking in on us at good times, and always being polite made him the epitome of customer service. We had such a fantastic experience with him, we made sure to mention it, and he sweetly said we can request for him next time we’re in (which I would love). If we didn’t already frequent here often, Kevin being as wonderful as he was, would make us dedicated regulars if he continues to serve us❤️

Went to dinner here tonight with my kids to try and make them feel better about some terrible news we had got for the day. We’ve been to this location tons and tons of times before, its my kids favorite dining out meal. We sat down and waited 5 minutes before being greeted. No problem. I work in a restaurant, I get when you are busy. Told our server that we were ready to order as well and she made a comment like I was rushing her. I let her know one kid wasn’t feeling well and wasn’t going to eat and that the other kid would take 2 waters because hes a teenager and will drink the water so fast. When I was ordering the food she kept interrupting me. After all food was ordered she goes “what dipping sauce”? I said “for what?” She said “for the breadsticks”. I said “none thank you”. She then proceeded to have an attitude and say “you dont want sauce for breadsticks?” I again said no and she walked away. She brought the drinks out and said “one water for the kid thats not eating anything and two waters for the kid thats apparently dehydrated”. Weird weird vibes. I get this quite often going out with my 3 kids. Profiling me because I am a single mom with kids as if I dont know how to tip properly. She goes and gets breadsticks. Gives us no plates. Made sure to give only me one plate with the salad. I could tell that way I could not share. Not that I was going to anyway. I could just tell she was being petty. I told my kid that was not feeling well to please atleast try and eat a breadstick, he took one bite and pushed it to the side of the table. The server then walks by and goes ” I see he is eating a breadstick do you want to order him a meal then”. Im like no he doesnt want it, then says “oh you need drinks and breadsticks refills those will be out when I can.” My kids literally asked why our waitress was so rude. We felt so awkward we were about to just ask for the check and leave when the manager came by doing table touches. He asked us how everything was. I told him honestly not so great. He said I see you need refills and bread I can get those for you. I told him I appreciated it and I apologize but can we please have another server, ours isn’t too nice. He said absolutely, brought us bread and refills and got us another server. The new server was very nice and took great care of us. I believe her name was Hannah. The guy manager on tonight was also very nice. We still felt pretty weird about everything and servers were coming out of the kitchen staring at us. We wanted to leave so we asked for boxes and paid, left over a 20% tip and went to walk out. As we were walking out the first mean server was laughing and said condescendingly “have a wonderful night.” I just want to say this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. BECCA you should be ashamed of yourself. My family was already having a hard night and you made it worse. Your job is to give exceptional service to everyone despite age, race, or amount of kids. Do better.

Our server Kristin was amazing! Kind, caring thoughtful and on top our drink and food refills. 100% would come back just to have her be our server!
Food wise, it was good but a little bland.
