PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING!!
Decided to go pickup something quick tonight. Should have just fixed something at home. They either can’t count to 20 or don’t care about making sure you order is correct. I ordered a 20 piece nugget, but only got 16. Paid for an extra patty on one of my sandwiches and did not get it. What is the point of placing an order if the staff is going to prepare whatever they want you to have!? Then they are making everyone pull around. No orders were coming out the window. The girls had an attitude bringing the food out to the cars. Using foul language. Just HORRIBLE service.

I don’t do McDonalds often and the couple of times I have, it has been a huge disappointment from the service to the food. Well, Jan 1, 2026 changed my mind. ONE lady was there at 11:45PM working both windows and what appeared to be the grill all by herself. She was so nice and courteous and the food was fresh. She accomplished on her own what a full shift could not. Kudos to service workers like her! I wish I had gotten her name

This place has the slowest and most unorganized staff ever. I placed an order and the receipt printed at 339 PM. The staff said pull around. The staff pulled every car around to wait. At 349 PM a staff member comes out and doesn’t have one of the sandwiches in my order. At 351 I mentioned it to him and he seemed confused by it and went back inside to go get it. At 354 he came back out with it. A 14 minute drive thru wait is slow and this place seems unorganized and poorly managed. The food was hot and tasty though.

From the management on down is ridiculous attitudes and all around horrible. To walk in and to be asked immediately to use a kiosk. I could understand if they were busy but to look and see most of them walking around on their phones was un called for. Never will stop here again.

Every time I come to this location my order gets messed up. I can order one item and get a totally different order from what I paid for. There was a lot of young ppl working in there that didn’t want to be there so they didn’t care about getting orders right.

If you want GOOD service. Please only seek out VICTORIA in that location. She was very sweet. Her coworkers are beyond disrespectful and rude. There was another kind lady that assisted me as well, but I didn’t get a chance to get her name. Victoria, I really hope you find a better job with coworkers that will uplift you. Please continue to be kind and go above and beyond to customers that are polite to you.

The place is clean and so are the bathrooms.
Stand up urinal in the mens bathroom is like 4 inches off the ground so there is pee everywhere around it. Be forewarned.
Staff is friendly and ordering at the kiosks is easy.
Food was delicious, can’t really ask for much more .

The bag girl at 5pm today was eating pop rocks from the palm of her hand by licking her entire palm … then handled food. Didn’t say anything because would’ve probably been accused of being racist but it grossed me out and I tossed the food.
