Very upscale downtown restaurant. Staff was wonderful. Salad and apps were great. Ordered lobster and it was too fishy tasting. Did not eat it and they credited it. The yuzo, a new dessert was very good and the banana creme pie was very good.

It’s our second time going to Coyote Cafe. The first time was for their special Valentines Day dinner and this time was simply a get together with our dear friends. I fully agree that their prices are high for Santa Fe. However their food and service are both excellent. Our waitress and all other staff were very attentive and professional. Their dishes were beautifully presented and well prepared.

Great restaurant for an outstanding meal. Our server was spectacular. She knew the menu inside and out, was spot on with her wine suggestions and she made us feel like we were her only table. Outstanding food, fantastic atmosphere and wonderful service. Try the Margarita with the salt foam. Just fantastic. We will be back.

One of my old-time favorite places. They filled up quickly on a Sunday night, but hot me seared quickly at the bar. The menu just got updated, and it was hard to choose. The butter lettuce salad featured the freshest butter lettuce I ever tasted. The elk entree was divine, and the bartender steered me the right way with the wine pairing. The Coyote Cafe was in a lull 10 years ago, but it appears to have come roaring back. An outstanding experience

It was super busy when we went but the service was great. The nachos were more than enough for one person, and the elote was a fantastic appetizer. I recommend the tacos as well, this place is fantastic for great views and good appetizers.

We celebrated my parents’ 60th anniversary and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. I brought by a balloon bouquet and family photos beforehand, and they did a great job setting them up. Brought us a complementary round of champagne to kick the evening off. The appetizers, especially the salmon crudo, and the entrées were all exceptional, in both quality and presentation. The side of beans wasn’t great, but no biggie. Desserts were also super. Highly recommend for a memorable evening.

Great food, great atmosphere, and great chefs. The best seat in the house is at the bar watching the chefs do their magic. It is truly a dance with food, utensils, and fire. This was our second visit and will not be our last. A must place to visit in Santa Fe.

If you’re in Santa Fe this is a must visit restaurant. We ate indoors at the restaurant in perfect seats at the counter, what my wife and I prefer. We shared the Venison Carpaccio and Butterleaf salad with a couple of fantastic cocktails before we hit our main course of Elk Tenderloin and the Scallops. As our main course arrived they paired wines for us and they nailed it! The staff is off the charts and the place runs like a fantastic machine. You won’t be rushed and they’ll make you feel important. The Chef and his crew were fantastic and Carlos and his crew absolutley made us feel important and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. This for me was, ‘don’t care about the bill, it’s worth every penny’ meal and can’t thank them enough. We’re coming back on our next visit to Santa Fe for sure. ****They will add a kitchen gratuity to your bill. It’s on the menu, I didn’t notice it until I actually looked at the bill a couple days later, my fault for not noticing****
