This is the best Chick-fil-A location on the peninsula in my opinion. The food is always high quality, I have ordered the same salad from different locations and find that this location always has really fresh ingredients. The service lives up to the Chick-fil-A standard with staff being polite and receiving food quickly. Also, they have a lot of community events which shows their connection to the neighborhoods around them.

Well organized, fast mobile orders and drive thru pick up, friendly staff with a clean, inviting restaurant lobby. The pictured mac n cheese was a promotion sent out in the chic fil a one app for being a valued customer. It was a pleasant surprise on a cold day. The Mac was hot and delicious. It was only half a portion after removal of the cheese you see pictured. (I did enjoy some of it, but no way it would have been healthy to eat that entire clump of cheese. Everything served at this location otherwise has been the best in the area.

I noticed an elderly white lady being racist. I noticed she was going to each table asking if they were good, if they needed anything & skipped right over us. I also noticed she was passing out mints to everyone in the dinning area. I had a table with my husband & kids. She gave us 1 mint w a table of 4. Then I noticed she told a young black girl she couldn’t sit at a table because it was already taken (luckily the girl was just waiting for her to move out the way because she was trying to leave out w her food)

I always have a good experience at this location, however tonight, the fries were cold and my chocolate chip cookie was as hard as a rock. When I went in to exchange it, the employee said they are all like that. She got the manager and I asked for my money back and he was not friendly at all.

I stopped to buy a gift card for mother’s day. I had to use the bathroom badly. Although I walk with a cane I couldn’t wait. I parked in the Handicapped space and walked in. Unfortunately the restroom was on the otherside of the restaurant. After slowly but successfully using the restroom, I made it outside but no handles or railings and my foot became twisted and I couldn’t move without falling. But, Bryce a Chick-fil-A employee came to my rescue. He walked me to my car and stayed with me until I was in safely and drove away. Manager: Promote Bryce!

Well they certainly met the customer service expectation! Everyone was super friendly and nice. The food was ok…nothing that stood out from any other fast food restaurant. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and nuggets. Overall ok. I would go back and try something else.
