Personally the food tasted decent. I didn’t like the soup or salad. My steak Lobster stir fry was good but nothing super special. One thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was our server. We barely had our waters refilled and he never came back to check on us to grab plates or to reorder drinks so it just felt like a whole waiting game with food & drinks.

Jamie at MOA Benihana was a great bar tender & waitress. The baby blue ocean was good & strong enough! She took my sushi order and the service was fast! I definitely enjoyed myself!

This was my first time dining here. We decided to do the lunch period to give it a shot. I must say for being a big hibachi fan this spot is fabulous. The server was very attentive even though it was busy. McKenna is a hard worker and has a great attitude. She made us feel like we were top priority. She is very attentive and intuitive. Her customer service is amazing. She even advised us up charges to our meal for the chicken fried rice. She knew the menu very well and answered my barrage of questions about the freshness of the seafood. Do not pass this gem tucked in the mall of America. This dining experience is excellent. I will be back.

I’m not sure where to even begin. This was our first time trying this location. We were sat with another family for hibachi and both of our experiences were terrible. Our server introduced herself and explained she was new and to be patient. Waters took about 10 minutes to reach the table and our alcoholic beverages took even longer which is fine. We sat at the table for nearly an hour before the chef rolled out our food. The chef verified our food and multiple things were wrong ( we understood because it’s a new server). The grill and our table was filthy with remnants of food and we requested for the grill to be cleaned prior to our food being cooked. We had to request this 3 times before it was done. The chef explained someone dropped the ball and did not turn the grill on and then he disappeared for 20 minutes. The family next to us flagged down our server and she explained the chef is waiting for the grill to warm up and the manager should be stopping by since we’ve been sitting at this point for almost 2 hours without being served. The manager never came. The chef came back and started cooking. We had to constantly flag our server for drink refills as well as the family next to us. While cooking the food my husband noted to the chef my chicken is supposed to be cooked in spicy sauce and the children’s meal next to us were portioned bigger than my emperors feast. My husband had to get up to flag the manager down. Once the manager came he was combative, rude, and argumentative stating everything is portioned but couldn’t explain why the children’s meals were bigger than my Emperor’s feast. It took over 2 1/2 hours to be fully served and then to deal with a rude manager. We took a video of how disgusting and rude the general manager is. Don’t waste your time. The table next to us complained for having a filthy dirty table as well. Here are the pictures of my $70 meal that supposedly is pre portioned. This is embarrassing.

This place looks like a dump in the inside. If I had saw the bathroom before ordering, I would have left. No toilet tissue or a place to hold toilet tissue for that matter. I assumed Benihana was fine dinning, this location is not. They don’t give you a ton of food like most hibachi places which makes it great for date night if you’re going some place else. The hook was a Hispanic man, he was nice, gave everyone free items. However, ambiance is trash. #dobetter

Guillermo our chef did an awesome job! He was both professional and entertaining, and I really like the experience. It was really committed, fast, and well served. We are going to the attention we needed. I recommend Guillermo to do your cooking!

Our chef Miguel was absolutely brilliant! His Rice man bleeding heart was fabulous! Something I’d never seen before at at Teppanyaki restaurant before. Also a little magic for the kids. Extremely well done! Fun and cooked everything perfectly the way they wanted.

We loved the experience, it was amazing we had family coming from Nashville and without reservation we only had to wait 30 minutes, in the meantime we sat in the bar with David B, he was amazing friendly and the drinks top notch.

A minor mistake (which happens at any restaurant) was made on a large order of mine last week and the manager Shane immediately invited me back to make things right, And that he did!
