As always I love chick-fil-a the food is always delicious and despite the issue the service was outstanding, only thing I was not happy with ( that has resulted in a 1 star) was having your workers out in 37 ° weather when they could have used the speakers boxes. Despite the cold weather and the poor young girl shivering she was still very pleasant, polite, and helpful. My son use to work here and I am so thankful he doesn’t anymore!

Omg amazing! I rarely leave reviews, but I was truly impressed. My sister and I placed a mobile order and weren’t going to be able to pick it up until right before close. I called and apologized about how late we were coming and asked what was going to be most convenient for them (drive thru or cafe pick up) at that hour and they told me that they would make sure it was fresh no matter how late we got there. So kind and unnecessary, it was our fault for getting there 5 minutes before closing! We got there and they were still taking care of guests at freaking 9:58 with cars all the way out the drive thru 2 minutes before closing and the young man who take care of us in the DT (I think his name was Micah?) was so courteous and kind even when I know his life was sucking at that hour! The whole team was awesome and omg I love this location! These kids need a raise!!

As expected, CFA does a phenomenal job for fast food. They were quick, efficient, and got my order right the first time. The food was hot and the service was friendly. It’s a fast food chain but they consistently get it right.

Since the remodel, we have come through the drive thu on 3 different occasions. Each time there were probably 10-12 cars in line. Our order is always taken quickly, but then the wait is long. At least a 15 min wait…. Only To receive barely warm , half full ,with a lot of burnt crumbs, bottom of the barrel waffle fries.

I love the food. The service was great. Nothing wrong with the customer service. However, I pulled in a lane and there was a manager standing in the middle of it. Instead of putting signs up and telling us to go around. Not the end of the world, it happens. Then as I’m watching this gentleman stand there and raise his voice at the kids doing their job. Snatching things out of there hands. The kids look scared and nervous. Dude needs to calm down. No reason to be that disrespectful. Especially in “God’s kitchen”. Do better. I asked the kid if he was okay. He stated he was fine and he thanked me. Really great food. Really great workers. Just weird to see a manager get upset and raise his voice because a kid had to use the restroom.

They were extremely busy but very polite and efficient. We love this Chick-fil-A and always stop there after an appointment at UVA. We always have perfect service and quality of food and the fries are always piping hot

Always nice to know on any given day I can drive thru or dine in and will always have a nice experience. The staff is always very nice and engaging. I’ve had a nice conversation with and elderly gentleman that works there a couple times when I have been in. He says he just likes to talk to folks and make sure they are happy. Nice to know there’s a fast food place that you really feel welcome. It makes it a step up from just an average fast food spot. That kind of service make it special. Thanks for making me feel important guys, you make my day!

We’ve been through the drive-through three or four times since the remodel and the service is absolutely struggling. Don’t know what changed but wait times are twice as long as they were before and the employees seem a bit unorganized. Food is still good but a hard pass now if it looks even remotely busy.

I can’t believe I’m leaving a Chic fil a establishment a two-star review, but here goes. I placed a mobile order this evening with some of the details asking for extra pickles, a large order of fries, and a cookies and cream milkshake. My “extra pickles” came in the form of a partial pickle, the quantity in the large fry versus the medium fry is the same, and the milkshake was vanilla. This is not the first time we had an issue with this location so I thought it was time to leave a review.
