Smh short story. I ordered from Uber Eats a breakfast bowl with salsa. Smh My food arrived with no salsa so I had to eat this dry CHOKE bowl! Talk about pissed! I called and of course no answer. Focus on delivery orders as well – it’s not about drive thru service.

I came here with my kids, one being 2.5yr old who decided to throw a fit because i wouldnt give him my chick fila sandwich. I gave him my sandwich (only for him to eat JUST the cheese lol) The manager saw how flustered i was and got me another sandwich! I offered to pay for it but he wouldn’t let me. It was truly a really sweet gesture and a great way to start off the new year!

I came through the drive through this morning and the lady said nothing for along time then she finally said just a minute 8 minutes later I am still saying hello for someone to take my order. I finally had to leave with no order taken and no food. I could hear the staff going back and forth but for some reason the focus was not on your customers this morning I tried to call several times to speak with a manager to know Prevail no one answered the phone. No one should ever be in the Drive-Thru literally over 10 minutes. I understand busy but this was ridiculous

06/10/2025-My playsister and I stopped here to eat some dinner around 7:58 pm. Interesting location in a strip mall setting. I ordered #7 large with a passion fruit/dragon? Lemonade mix beverage. The staff was quick, polite and professional as usual. Cashier Anthony was great at Register#3. The food was hit and delicious! Yum! Had a great dining in experience!

I was disappointed today. I was getting off my night shift and didn’t have anything for my dinner. This is why I continued to eat my unpleasant breakfast. My order was chicken biscuits and a small hash brown. Normally their hash brown are hot, crunchy, and light in the middle. Today they were soggy and the aroma of old cooking oil! The biscuit was very mushy, doughy, and not hot at all. Boy, I should have not eaten this meal but I was too tired to drive back and return my order.
Of course, the service is always on point
Today was not a good day, please check your oil.

Chick-fil-A Waffle Review
I tried the new spicy chicken waffle and yeah… no. The waffle was saggy, flimsy, and honestly had me questioning who approved this in the test kitchen. Chick-fil-A is amazing at a lot of things, but waffles might not be one of them.
I really think they should stick to biscuits because this wasn’t it at all. Flavor? Off. Texture? Off. Experience? Would not recommend.
Save your coins and get the regular spicy chicken biscuit instead!

I was assisted by Cindy (the manager). I moved here not too to long ago and placed an order for the wrong location. Not only did Cindy replace my order but the other stores number wasn’t working (in order for me to cancel) so she personally called the supervisor on duty herself to initiate a refund (though it was in no way their fault) and I was out of there with my appropriate order within 5 min! Their patience, understanding and compassion was MORE than appreciated and is a continuation of my (thus far) amazing experience with moving to this area. I can imagine dealing with an innumerable amount of customers with all different types of personalities can be trying and exhausting but they didn’t let that compromise the consistent satisfactory experience that I’ve come to appreciate after a long trying day (where I’ve decided not to cook lol) from Chic-fil-a. Today might have been trying but the little things count and I am truly grateful! Thanks again Cindy! And thanks chic-fil-a for obviously having an eye for hiring superiority when it comes to customer service and humanness! We need that in this world! ❤️ I hope Cindy is recognized for what she may have felt was small but heavily impacted my day in the BEST way!!

I placed and order on 10/13/25 for an 8 piece nugget meal. Several of the nuggets had a light pink center and were not warm, suggesting they may not have been fully cooked. This was very shocking as I have visited this location in past with no issues. This is concerning me due to food quality and safety
