This is usually the chick fil a my family and I go to all the time, but today 07/07/23 I had a horrific experience here. I was in the drive thru and a woman parked in one of the parking spots hit the back of my vehicle. I had both of my children in the backseat of the car and the force of her hitting me was so hard my car pushed up on the curb. I went to get out of my vehicle to speak with the individual who had just hit my car, when I get out all I hear is the Chick Fil A workers screaming at me and telling me “I have to move my vehicle because it’s backing up their drive thru line.” I have both of my children screaming crying in the back because we had just been hit by another vehicle. Not one of the workers asked were my crying children ok, they only screamed at me to move my car because it’s messing up the drive thru line. I have attached a picture of where my car was located and you can see the individuals who were yelling at my to move my car because it’s backing up the drive thru line. The one young lady with the blue shirt was getting off of work and was still there outside screaming at me to move. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. I pray no one ever has to experience anything like this again. This Chick Fil A doesn’t have caring employees and this shouldn’t have happen to me and my family.

Chicken a tad bit salty but always fresh. The salads are always great. Customer service use to be on point but they’re scaling back, maybe people are tired or just unhappy. The most important the team does say thank you.

What is not to like about this very successful company and the food they serve? I very much enjoyed my visit today and the staff were ALL so nice. Why can’t other places (fast food) be like this? Thank you for good food, healthy options, and taking pride in serving others.

the curbside orders in the app will say “team member is on the way” but that could mean 10+ more minutes of waiting or it could mean two minutes or twenty, its always different and theres no way to tell. the food is always hot, and the spicy chicken biscuit is the best!

The traffic is ridiculous and you have to drive around the whole restaurant just to get on the drive through line and the parking lot is small and narrow. I received the wrong order and no straw with my son’s apple juice which resulted in a melt down. The person bringing out my order seemed untrained and unprofessional. No apology. Don’t recommend this location.

i order my order through the app to deliver to me and a hour has went by and my food is still not here. it’s past the ETA time they gave. I ordered during my break (which is an hour long, and 2 min up the street from my job) and my whole break went by and no food. I personally love this chick fa la, but this hasn’t been just this one time that it took long for my food to arrive to me.

I am satisfied with this Chickfila location 99% of the time. I usually do curbside pickup at least once a week and have even gotten to know one of the workers who regularly gives my food. In the few instances that I’ve had issues, the employees resolved the matter very quickly.
