When I tell you the Dickson City store was worth the drive!!!
(Since I live mins from the Wilkes Barre store…)
Never have I ever had such a great Customer’s Service experience at a fast food place!
From the start I walked in and a was barely through the door before a Manager greeted me and service only got better from there the Cashier was nice & patient with me while ordering and then Calvin who was also kind very helpful personally greeting me.
Saving the best for last Mr Paul is a GEM! And his timing is impeccable he was very attentive and nice he gave A1 Customer service.
From the real flowers on the table to the good food and hug from Mr Paul really brightened up my day!
I had a fine dining experience like no other!
I will make the trip every time!

There’s something about this Franchise’s customer service that stands out. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and instead the employee put in a kid’s chocolate milk. When I pulled up to pick up my order the employee gracefully took accountability of another employee’s mistake. No argument. No debate. Just humility and grace while my order was corrected. I applaud the management at this location for training their employees to handle any situation with humility and professionalism. Excellent job!

Wow. Where to begin! Headed to chick fil a for lunch after our basketball games Paul and Jane engaged with our kids and started a bunch of shenanigans that made our visit memorable. They got the kids so excited we started a ” Paul chant” and got Jane in the team huddle! Paul and Jane surprised us at our game the next morning and came back for our championship game to see the win. What genuine people who truly love making others happy. It was a life changing visit to chick fil a!! On another note we couldn’t believe how busy it was yet how organized and seamless the operation ran. Food came fast and of course was delish. Make sure to stop in and see Paul and Jane on Saturday!!

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Jane and Paul during my recent visit to Chick-fil-A, and I cannot say enough good things about them! They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They made sure every guest in the dining room was comfortable, had what they needed, and were always smiling while doing it. Sorry Jane, I had to include Paul! Haha
Not only are they both extremely personable and kind, but they also have a great sense of humor that made the experience genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to see that level of care in customer service these days, but Jane and Paul absolutely nailed it. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about making people’s day better.
They go above and beyond in every way and honestly—they deserve a raise! Chick-fil-A is lucky to have these team members representing their brand. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to them!
And as per usual the food was served hot, fresh and satisfying!

We never miss a chance to grab a bite at Chick-fil-A whenever we’re in the States, so on our way back to Canada from New Jersey, we made sure to stop in for lunch. The service was warm and outstanding, and the Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich meal hit the spot perfectly. Overall, a truly satisfying experience — Chick-fil-A never disappoints.

I want through the drive through. The set up is all wrong. The menus are to close to the pickup window and the customers are approached by kids taking orders way way before we can see the menu!! So they have to repeat the menus to us and they skip over a lot of things because it’s tiering to keep saying it all day. So add signs with the menu on it at the start of the drive through line. And give the kids paper menus for the customers to see. And this is a very expensive restaurant so please get potatoes that don’t have dirt on them and bad rotten spots!! It’s gross!! And please get better sides like jalapeno poppers or cheese potato poppers. Thank you

My first time here. This review is based on only one visit. The restaurant was clean, service was good. The layout was open. My big disappointment was the food. I had a chicken club sandwich, waffle fries and a Cherry Berry Sprite (which I did really enjoy). Everything looked fresh, the waffle fries looked so good. I hardly ate two. Same with the sandwich. I took the bacon off, still too salty. The spices were over powering, it felt like I was getting more in my lungs than my mouth. I have high blood pressure. I still use salt but that tasted like death in a box. Maybe someone went heavy on the salt & spice that day. I won’t ever go back to find out.

Food always comes out nice and hot, they do family night every Tuesday night, they have a small play area with seating. Staff is friendly.

We don’t’ normally get to go out to Chick-fil-A – so getting to go out there today was wonderful! When we arrived, there was a short line of two people ahead of us and two cashier’s took their order – being very efficient and timely. The cashier was friendly and took our orders. We ate in so they provided us with a table flag. Within 2 minutes of sitting down – the Key lime shake that my wife had ordered was out. Within 5 minutes, we had our food! We got two of the Chick-fil-A Deluxe sandwich meals. These turned out amazing. The chicken did not have tendons or tough bits in it (which was refreshing because every other place we try now does). The restrooms were fairly clean – but about what you would expect for a high traffic business. I would recommend others to this restaurant for sure!
