Pathetic to say this was my first time at a Chick-Fil-A; not many around here. $11 for a soda and chicken wrap is pricey, but it was tasty and moist, so no need for dressing. Staff was efficient and polite; place was clean and pleasant. Certainly an upgrade for fast food.

Now, this is the third time I have been there. It was a busy day but not their busiest! I asked for a chicken sandwich sub lettuce wrap. 1st time. Only one small piece of lettuce on the bottom. And then add 2 small pieces thrown on top. Again the third time. 1st time they forgot all my sauces and dressings, not too big of a deal. 2nd time, they didn’t even sub my bun out for a lettuce wrap. Sent it back, and it still came with the bun! Maybe people should get some training in before they become manager. Everything should be double-checked, not just thrown out! And shouldn’t be disregarded when a customer goes inside to get an order fixed. Now, 3 times I will never go back. I’d rather drive the 45 minutes to Wilkes Barre! If I ever consider Chick-fil-A again

Good stop while on the road for family vacation. Super busy at lunch on Thursday! Line was more than 10 minutes. Service was friendly, but could be faster. Restaurant was clean, and staff came through dining area tidying tables.

This was my wife and I first visit to a Chick-fil-A. Service was excellent. All the staff were friendly. Restaurant was very clean and I want to give a lot of credit for a young man named Juan who was keeping it that way. Food was very good. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone

Best chikfila I’ve ever been too. Superb customer service. We were passing through town and we joked that we need to move to Dickson City just because the staff was amazing. Thanks for the fresh brewed coffee too!

Recently while at the dickson city location had an awful interaction with the “manager”. An elderly man working at the take out counter. I went in asked to buy sauce and was told they only sell sauce when you purchase a meal. I left called the customer number. How professional that the person I had the issue with was the one who called me to “clarify” sauce can’t be purchased unless you buy a meal. I said okay what’s your name since you weren’t wearing a name tag. He replied with that’s okay and hung up on me. This company promotes kindness and that it’s their pleasure, but the store manager is that rude, unpleasant, and ignorant. I guarantee if that was one of the younger people working there that tested a customer like that they would have some sort of lesson on customer service. However, since this elderly man is running the store it’s obvious why there are so many poor reviews on this location. It’s truly sad that someone can be so above everyone else.

5 people behind us got their food first, the staff were running around aimlessly trying to figure out who ordered what and when we finally did get our food we had to sit behind the guy in front of us for at least an additional 5 minutes until he got his order (which he should have gotten before all of us ). Whoever thought this drive through up needs to rethink it. Also, having order takers blocking the menu while you’re trying to order or taking your order before you even get to the menu doesn’t seem very customer focused. We aren’t going to come back until this is better organized.
