Food was terrible. Okra disintegrated when you took a bite out of it, and the chicken was so chewy. The gravy was chunky, nothing was fresh. DO NOT WASTE your money or time. We’d been better off with Taco Bell.

This place is a joke. They will consolidate raw chicken on top of a cooked chicken transfer tray. They don’t use sanitizer buckets for the rags. You go in and can see used towels hanging over the rails of the food cart. I wont be surprised when they don’t have enough people to run shifts because they don’t respect the people who work for them. and the good people who do the job right and have pride in doing it right get in trouble for bringing issues to light.

I Drive all the way from Denver and it’s funny because everyone I come here for Gizzards I ask for them and there always out. Another person comes out and says Oh there frozen it’ll be about to hours before we can serve them. Tip, OK so why don’t you get the. Out of the freezer so they can un freeze a d be ready to serve when you guus open huh I guess that hard to do. It seems to me that there LAZY to do that. What kind of Customer service is that. WE LOVE CHESTER’S CHICKEN BUT WE Stopped in on 8/12/19 around 3 or so and you all OWE US 2 2 piece meals my chicken was so OVER COOKED AND DRY the dog wouldn’t even touch it. I didn’t go back because we stayed at the customer for early morning delivery. The lady was RUDE and that was $18.00 shot down the drain. Chicken Strips were tough. The staff is rude, food is expensive, its wrapped and prepped in hot cases, they add a NASTY sauce to their fried chicken sandwich that will give you an upset stomach, and the BBQ chicken sandwich is so saucey that the wrapper softens and sticks to the sandwich with its soggy bread!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COMING HERE!! McDonald’s next to it, is better, and that’s not a compliment!!! Spend your money elsewhere, and dont go if you have any food aversions!! It will make you physically sick!!!
