AMAZING!!!! We’re from out of state and wanted to try some of the local food. Found this place and seen some pictures of the pizza and had to try. Ordered the gem city supreme and was blown away. The large was around $34 with tax. The amount of pizza you get for that is unreal. The pizza was amazing. The crust was super crispy. The sauce was very flavorful. It was extremely cheesy and delicious. I have payed way more for a lot less pizza. The only thing about this pizza I would have changed is I would have let it cook a few more minutes. Most of the peppers and onions on top were still crunchy and a little under cooked but other than that hands down best pizza I’ve ever had. I just wish I wasn’t 4 states away.

Got mozzarella sticks and a small pizza. Talk about toppings galore they load you up. Pizza is one of the best I have ver had. My only complaint is that the sauce on the pizza just didn’t seem to be there. Next time I will just have to Oder extra sauce for it. Service was perfect.

Food was wonderful as always however the server Conner was not great. He needs a lot more training if he is going to keep up in a fast passed establishment. We ordered pretty promptly at a time that was not busy yet. We waited at least 45 mins for my small pizza. 20 mins passed and our 2 burgers were still not out. We went to the bar to find out what was going on and then he brought both burgers (not hot) out aswell as the order for the table behind us….who sat down a good 20 mins after we had even ordered. People that came in after us were receiving their food and leave before we even got our full order. Jeff made things right. We will definitely be back bc the food is great, but Conner needs a lot more training before more customers leave unhappy.

Best pizza in Wisconsin! Staff is awesome! Menu is kinda limited however, staff go out of their way to satisfy how you try to customize their menu choices. It’s my go-to restaurant! Owner is genuinely interested in making sure your experience is awesome!

First time at Gem City. I was celebrating my birthday so we stopped for pizza and drinks. The pizza was out of this world delicious! Service was awesome and the atmosphere was excellent. The people there were so friendly. Definitely going back whenever I get back to Baraboo! We had the build your own pizza!

It was late and we had finally gotten to our hotel. We were hungry. Everywhere was closed or closing. I called Gem to see if by chance they were still serving. A very pleasant woman took my call and assured me they would at the very least “throw some pizzas” in for us. We got there and everything was fantastic. The facility, the staff, the atmosphere, EVERYTHING. They offered us the full menu even though it was after the food service time. We order pizzas and man were we impressed. These are not typical frozen bar pizzas, these are hand made, delicious and huge. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Gem for going the extra mile and feeding two race car teams and their kids so late.

Update on 2nd visit: went again and pizza did not disappoint at all and we loved the food and the atmosphere. Love the sausage and homemade deep dish crust, but i really want to try the thin crust, but they said they dont make that, its purchased, which i think is a big miss in my opinion. I will say our bartender/server was not very friendly or attentive, maybe she was having a bad day, but we felt like we didnt even exist. I will try again, hope our server is having a better day and I still highly recommend for their pizza!

First time there. Had 3 appetizers. Cheese curds, mushrooms, and spinach artichoke dip. All were amazing!! Then had a chicken bbq pizza! It was enough to feed a small army. Everything was fantastic and the prices were surprisingly low. Would definitely recommend and will be back!!!!

Best pizza by far. We are weekend seasonal’s at the Dell’s spring to fall & we are so happy when we can have a Gem City Pizza . We get the small (if you want to call it small) sausage & onion & always comes with lots of cheese. Nowhere can you get a pizza this size with the amount of toppings for the price! No matter how busy the service is prompt. Jeff does a great job. Don’t miss it.
