It was such a fun surprise to see the Grinch out front, and I really appreciated that they have semi truck parking available. This used to be the BEST McDs in the four states. In the last 5 month it has fallen to one of the worse!!! In my opinion this is 100% the managment staff lost their passion to be the best. This is not an employee issue This is a management issue!!! Looks like I will start bringing my lunch to work!

They refused to give me my cups then brought us empty cups. I had a tee so they had to do it anyways. And then when i requested my correct drink order they refused because ” They didnt have time” with a whole 4 cars in drive thrrough Play place or not, Im not going back.

The employee who took my order was kinda rude, the fries was so cold and saggy. I was going to return it but I was running late. Please do better next time .

At the end of the day it’s fast food yeah theirs gonna be some problems from both the customer AND the employees. Rules and regulations can make the face to face experience feel kinda robotic sometimes and you could feel like your talking to and answering machine.
Asking for more sause? Sorry you have to pay now, That’s just how it is and most the time the employee feels the same way as you about the rule. The employees arnt out to ruin your day their just trying to not get yelled at which can result in wrapping a sandwich to fast causing the bun to slide or the food not organized in the bag because of times needing to be down.
90% of the employees care the other 10% might be mad at the person who ordered 120 nuggets and 5 baskets infront of you who didn’t call in the order and didn’t want to pull forward.
Using the Kiosk inside not only gives you deals on food but also skips having to wait at register for an employee to stop cleaning to help you. The #1 Fastfood chain means super busy even when theirs no line. The line 5 min earlier left a shockwave of no food being cooked and a messy lobby, drivethru, AND crew workspace making it harder to be fast and efficient.

Don’t bother asking them to change anything—9 times out of 10, your food will be wrong. Ask for extra onions? You’ll get none. Ask for no pickles? You’ll get extra. Just order your food and take off the ingredients yourself. I’m already my own cashier; I might as well be my own cook.

It’s seems to be a trend that they make a mistake on an order then refuses to fix it without requiring the customer to go back through the drive thru line. We were not trying to get food for free. We offered to pay for the missed juice box but were told to go back through the line.
