I have been to Chesterfield West several times over the past few years and will continue going back whenever I’m in the area. Consistently great food, everything I’ve tried has been excellent. The staff is always friendly and attentive. My favorite so far has been the Ribeye Steak, but do yourself a favor and try the Smoked Brisket & Cheese Fries with a cold beer!

Stopped in traveling home from SD and happy to stumble upon this great place. Service was friendly and accommodating and both of us enjoyed an excellent meal. Hopefully next year they’ll have restocked those onion straws! Got back in the road in good time and completely refreshed!

This is my first time in Nebraska. My work brought me to O’Neill for the evening, and a coworker knew of this place from a previous visit. I was in the mood for a steak dinner, and Chesterfield provided. It’s a bar and grill, so the meal wasn’t something you’d get dressed in your Sunday best and pay towards of $50 for. But, it definitely was what I was in the mood for. Admittedly, the streak was a little tough, but I did order it medium rare, so that’s to be expected. All in all, I was not disappointed. Went very well with the beer, too!

The atmosphere here was weird to say the least – lots of fluorescent lights and the carpet that seriously needs rehabbing, plus the space seems a little too big for its purpose. But the bartender was super nice and mad props to Dan for making me an amazing pizza that we coordinated as I was driving across the Midwest. So great to have hot food give him my late-night arrival!

Best restaurant in town. Considering the town has only 3700 people in it. Ribeye steak is delicious. Burgers are very gourmet. I’ve had the Patrick Swayze burger and the heart attack burger both of which were incredibly delicious. The pizza is their claim to fame here. The pizza is good. It has a bar and the drinks are reasonably priced and not watered down. Very friendly and attentive staff. Crowd will be a very mixed bag running from 20 somethings to 70 year old.

Order two hamburgers took over 40 minutes to get it when I asked the bartender about it she went next door to check and brought over two to-go containers with our food and it was cold. It was also not busy at this time it was about 9:45 pm on a Friday night! She was not the one that took our order but did not apologize either. Best part is I paid$25.00 for cold burgers and fries. The bartender I did order it from obviously got off his shift and was walking around drinking a beer.. So much for customer service! Won’t be back
