Such an awesome place!!! My 7 year old and even my 15 year old enjoyed the atmosphere. Food wasn’t bad at all for a buffet. They had so many different foods to choose from! Very friendly staff and the characters were just awesome! Photos with Minnie at the end of our dinner was a bonus! 🙂 Definitely recommend going!

Haven’t been here in many years, and seeing a lot of the negative post pandemic reviews does not give this place justice. The food is just as good as I remember, and meeting the characters is always something to look forward to when coming here. The only setback is now instead of getting refills by yourself, you have to ask your server for the refills, so it takes the buffet feel away, needing to rely on the servers, and forcing a gratuity that needs to be paid. Yes, prices are high, but it is a good family experience for everyone of all ages. Great food and love the characters. Definitely will be back.

WeI have always enjoyed the quality of Disney food at the resorts, cruises and hotels where we have vacationed, including this one over the years. And we know it is always expensive too. We took the kids to the character dinner at Chef Mickey’s inside the Contemporary Resort. The kids absolutely enjoyed being entertained by table-side visits of Chef Mickey, and sous chefs Donald, Pluto and the best, Goofy. The atmosphere was unmatched anywhere, with monorails gliding overhead as we dined. And we were visited by birds who have made a home inside the large atrium area of the Contemporary with the freedom to come and go to the outside through the monorail openings. The food was generally good, but not up to high expectations of the best, which is what Disney puts out. Salmon is always my favorite at any Disney meal, but here, it was way too salty. Vegetables were heavy on the sodium too and that’s a shame. A simple improvement Disney should make would be to cook without salt and put salt shakers around for those who want the seasoning. Another change we noticed is Chef Mickey discontinued his popular soft serve ice cream, here. It always went great as an a la mode topper for the apple crisp and various cakes. Now, it is gone too. Still, the experience was unmatched, just the food could have been better. We hope Disney tweaks a few things back to the way they once were and garner our loyalty again in the future, especially at the prices they charge

Absolutely brilliant, the food was good with plenty of choices. The service was excellent, the characters were awesome we all loved it from ages 6 up to 60. The kids reaction to the characters made it a special memory. The only thing that stops it being 5 stars is simply the price, it is very a expensive way to start the day. That said it was a great way to start the day.

We went for breakfast: Quick service, All you can eat, gave us extra waffles (since that’s what the kids preferred) without adding all the other food to be wasted. Nice enough to ask me about hot sauce and ketchup without my prompting. Potato balls were very good, but very filling; we couldn’t eat everything from just the first round of service!

It was such great dining. For an all you can eat place, the food was actually good. It was such a cool experience for all the characters to actually go to all tables. The only queen that you had to wait in line to see was Minnie Mouse. Such an amazing time. Would highly recommend!

After spending the past few days at the parks and not seeing Mickey, we were feeling so sad because we promised our baby boy he was going to meet Mickey this week. We decided to see if we could make a reservation for breakfast with Mickey so he could at least meet his favorite character. I am so happy and thankful we got this reservation and that we could go. It was wonderful. The characters came out every so often to dance for the kids and stopped to take photos behind them (socially distant). Our server Carol was an absolute Doll, she was so patient and sweet and attentive we really appreciated her. The food was great and was a wonderful assortment. They gave all of us a postcard with all the characters signatures and a signed placemat for our baby. It was so lovely. The only negative is that because of stupid Covid you can’t go near the characters. You can’t high five or hug them. Our little boy is too young to understand any of this and kept saying ” I want to hug mickey mommy. I want to go to Mickey”. It about ripped my heart into a million pieces. Gone are the days of hugging our beloved mouse. None of this is Chef Mickey’s fault, but it just stinks. I feel like the staff does everything to make it enjoyable for the kids regardless. Im so thankful for this experience and happy we took the plunge and did it. 100% would do it again.

A special character breakfast! We made reservations in advance for 7:30 a.m. which gave us plenty of time to get to Magical Kingdom by 9 a.m.

Don’t miss this amazing experience. The breakfast buffet was huge from banana pudding to smoked salmon. The characters come to each table and make your kids feel very special. Reserve early, highly recommend to anyone in the area

This place was great. Don’t get me wrong it’s EXPENSIVE! 2 adults to eat, 2 sodas, & 1 alcoholic beverage was $140. However, it is at Disney and it’s buffet style and you get to see all the characters without waiting in some long line out on the heat. The food is good. All sorts of choices. Salads, meats, pastas, Mexican, kids station, desert bar. Very fresh and everything is clean. The bathrooms are nice and clean. It’s wheelchair assessable. Tables are close together and of course there are kids running all over the place and it’s loud, but that’s to be expected.
