Place used to be good, now the sandwiches will have a single slice of turkey and fall apart after a bite and it’ll cost you $20. Staff could care less about your order or how long you wait – they aren’t afraid to tell you to go elsewhere. It’s good advice. Go to Sean’s Place down the street.

Visited here for the first time last week with my client. I thought it was nicely put together allowing people space to sit and eat right at the front of shop. The menu was Large. Lots of choices. I waited a while for two sandwiches And proceeded to sit at the tables in front with my client. During eating my client realized she needed a straw and went up to the counter to ask for one… (Now…. my client has (EOA) which makes her forget the names of simple things like “straw” so upon approaching the man at register to ask him for “A thingy” for her Cup. He immediately corrected her with a slight attitude naming ” the Thingy as a Straw.” I didn’t say anything at the time because I didn’t want to embarrass my client… Then yesterday we returned to the shop at my clients request her not Knowing or remembering the happenings of last week and the experience was much better. Seemed more friendly and atmosphere was fantastic. Food was good and the Coffee was delicious… Pricey menu but welcome to the Hamptons.

I always order online and never have any problems with pickup times. I needed some cheese for a work event, and they were out of some of the options I chose for my online order. The woman working there was amazing and helped me find replacements! The food is always amazing too!

Worst experience. Takes longer than ordering from a restaurant. Don’t ever go in on you lunch break, you’ll be there your whole hour just waiting for them to heat up a cup of soup. Its tasty but luke warm. Strange place, would not recommend. You would think they were making food from scratch with how long they make you wait.

HORRIBLE – can’t say it enough – do not go. The service is so bad and slow you will wait for over 45 min even if you order in advance. Rude staff. I keep re trying and expecting a different outcome and I’m just going to stop. The food is good which is why it’s a bummer but it’s absurdly overpriced and the service is horrendous.

First time I came, I was told 20 minutes for a sandwich. 45 minutes later, still nothing. Thought I would give it a try again because the food was good. This time, was told it would be 10 minutes, 20 minutes later, no sandwich. I pointed this out to them, they responded, “It hasn’t been 20 minutes.” They then checked the register, came back to me and acknowledged they were wrong. They then criticized me for thinking that the grill would take 10 minutes to turn on. This was how long they told me it would take. The food is good, but definitely not worth the wait, in accurate information given, and rude responses.

As a weekly patron – The food is good and lots of new variety since the new owner Nikki purchased this establishment. Sal and Victoria I would never have eaten here again if it wasn’t for your kindness not to mention new the ownership. There needs adjustments on how long the orders take and the few constant errors in food allergies detail. Big Check! Had several orders gone bad even recent but was too late. If you are careful what you order and make sure you check the allergy list you should be just happy with their creative selection. Wait time depends on how many is before you and whose in the kitchen. Small grab and go atmosphere with huge revenue overflow. Sal and his wife are hard workers and do their best in spite of the aggressive crowds.

I always stop here for lunch but order strictly online . I check the wait time or estimated pickup and it’s typically spot on if not a few minutes before. I’ve only had one issue here. They didn’t confirm my order about 45 mins later I called in. My order was accidentally missed. The girl said they were really busy. They were able to prepare my order fairly quickly and called me back when it was ready. The town does get really busy in the summer. I’ve seen more staff working here lately which is good hopeful the wait times improve.
