My encounter with a male shift leader at Oberweis was less than satisfactory. Their focus on socializing with colleagues appeared to overshadow their responsibilities, leading to a noticeable drop in operational efficiency. Additionally, he displayed a shocking lack of respect towards both his staff and customers. A stronger commitment to leadership and professionalism would greatly benefit the team and customers alike.

This is by far my favorite ice cream spot. I’ve come to this Oberweis location for almost 2 decades now. Anytime people visit the area, I always bring them here or get ice cream from here. This is a must try place!! Unfortunately I moved out of state so I don’t get to have this ice cream unless I visit Illinois. I recently visited for 3 days and I had this ice cream more than once! No where else can compare to the rich creaminess of Oberwies ice creams.

Ordered online and got orders completely wrong and then forgot one too. Also the service is awful they mess up orders all the time and the ice cream isn’t cheap to keep losing orders every time so sick of it and their service. Also good luck waiting in a line.
