As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Horrible avoid at all cost! The food taste like it’s been soaking in cooking grease all day. The order taker for the drive thru is super rude and impatient. Caught an attitude with my 89 year old grandma. ( short dark skin dude that sounds like a girl).

One of the workers was new. It was only two of them. The location was dirty inside and out the food tasted like microwave patties. New girl was overwhelmed and couldn’t take multiple at once. She would ring one order then ask for the next. Bit they both had great attitude giving the conditions.

Poor service, bad unprofessional attitudes, long wait just to receive the wrong food that was cold. Had to wait in line again for 30 minutes for them to just slap cold cheese on an already cold burger so I requested a refund. Was told I couldn’t get a refund because no manager was on duty come back at 10am the next day! I said can you at least make new burgers, they did but they looked gross. My dog wouldn’t even eat them & she eats everything! I just threw them in the trash, wasted my money & over an hour of my time. Not apology no thank you didn’t even give me a receipt! This place is awful, one day they had no burgers! (A burger joint with no burgers, how ironic)The lot & drive thru are often dark which is dangerous. I have never had a good experience here. I try to support business in the area but they don’t appreciate my patronage so I’ll just pass them up just like the McDonald’s nearby because they are trash too.

If I could leave a 0 I would! That’s just how bad my experience was! I drove up to the drive thru a little after 10 am and not one person in sight. I sat there for a few minutes trying to decide if this place had closed down. Finally a lady came from nowhere rubbing her eyes; so I asked her was she sleep and she replied yes smiling. She told me to sit in the parking lot for 5 minutes and then come back. I drove away and never will I return to that location.
