Went in to pick up a online order. Everybody just standing around looking at me with their arms folded and some on their phones. No one ever greeted me or asked what I needed. The manager came from the back after five minutes and finally asked me what I needed. I said I’m here to pick up a Door Dash. She told all of them three times to fix the Door Dash order because she has something to do in the back. They all just still stood there, she told a young lady once again to fix the Door Dash order and the young said lady said “I’m bout to don’t rush me” The disrespect for myself is, where is the manager from this new generation was unprofessional

Went on 2 different days. The the experience was completely different. The 1st visit went well as our orders were correct and the customer service was great. The 2nd visit was not so great. My burger had items on it that were requested to be moved and the customer service dropped from the first visit.
