I just want to say every time I come to this Wendy’s location it is the best ever! I usually order online in my order is always correct it’s always delicious and the employees are all very kind. Today especially Ms Andrea I just want to say that her voice is so welcoming and what a blessing to have her on your team. Also the young lady who handed my food to me at the drive-thru said thank you and that means a lot. Especially since most places nowadays don’t even say that. Most customers don’t say thank you either. Today I want to say thank you! ❤️

I just wanted to update with another review this location is the best in every area of Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. I’m from Louisiana moved to Alabama almost 6 years ago and I travel through Mississippi going back and forth from Alabama to Louisiana. I can’t say it enough that this location every employee is deserving of recognition of jobs well done. I had another 5 ⭐ experience and it was with different employees from the last visit. Absolutely amazing the customer service and food quality you receive here. Thank you all very much for all your hard work. God bless!❤️

The entire staff was helpful , made us feel welcome just a great experience the food was hot and fresh and made exactly how we requested , Miss Carrie was awesome she was able to answer any question we had about what was on the menu and showed patience when my son’s couldn’t make there minds up she was just a joy and very professional a great asset to your company, thank u Wendy’s great job

I had just left from there and my fries was old and cold they didn’t have any sauces in my bag but wanted me to pay for another sauces the manger was rude but The cashier in the window wasn’t. I would like to have a better experience.

I will start by saying the food was good and it was fresh. However, service was a bit lacking. I waited more than 10 minutes before my order was taken. The person running the register kept walking away to put food orders together and get drinks for mobile app orders. There should be a drive thru cashier, a front counter cashier, a drive thru expeditor, a front counter expeditor and a mobile app expeditor. When the mobile expeditor is caught up the can help drive thru and front counter. A customer should never have to wait to have their order taken. I worked in customer service 20+years. Don’t tell me about labor hours, I already know. However, if service is bad eventually their won’t be a store to worry about.

Drove through this morning and ordered biscuits and sausage gravy. The gravy was rhe consistancy of milk and soaked the biscuit. Last time I order that. Also, the lady at the window was rather rude. Probably won’t be back.
