As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I came to the drive and ordered a large fry. I got to the window and ask the cashier first was the fries fresh. She told me yes and asked for my money. I paid her and she handed me the fries. The fries were old, hard and greasy. I gave them back and told her to please cook them fresh and that I would park and walk to the pickup window. I parked my car and walked to the pickup window and the manager met me there and quickly handed me fries and closed the window in my face. Now I’ve been totally understanding because I asked for fresh fries and offered to walk up to pickup window, which I did. Only to still get greasy hard, hot fries. Not fresh! This is so rude and lazy because I’m at the window, WHY DO I FEEL LIKE I HAD TO BEG FOR FRESH FOOD! I then asked for a refund and they left me at the window for 12.6 minutes for my money back! No sorry, still hungry!

Ordered online to pickup. Banana shakes, as on menu, paid when ordered, when got there, they had no bananas of course, so ordered strawberry shakes. Those were horrible! Tasked like melted coolwhip with cheap strawberry syrup, so sweet & runny, no icecream type consistency of a milkshake. Yuck! I thought even though the burgers I got there 2 months ago were nasty, the shakes are too!! Wont be going back for anything! wasted money & wasted trip!

Came up on our motorcycle. We didn’t know the order window was closed. They said drive through only. It’s hard to go through on the motorcycle. I tried walking to the drive thru window and I knocked on the window and the guy was cleaning and literally looked at me and ignored me. There also was a guy who had a door dash order to pick up and they told him the ice cream machine was down for cleaning, yet the guy in front of him was JUST handed a milkshake. Worst checkers to go to. They just lost business! We are not happy customers Northport!!! We aren’t the first customers to be treated this bad.

Checkers in Northport, AL employees are pretty rude almost every time I go there. I love the funnel cake fries and get them atleast 4 times a week. Whenever I go by there after 9:30pm, they have the drive thru blocked and no one will come to the window, even though I see usually see someone in there, they will ignore me.

Tea was soured and chicken fingers were fried too hard. Only thing that was edible was the burger. I spent almost 22.00 on 2 combos and that’s all you gotta say. I will not be back. I don’t care how good your food is if you don’t have good tea I will not be back. I had to go elsewhere to get tea that was drinkable. Bye Felicia.

Went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order and was immediately greeted by someone with the worst attitude I’ve ever seen from a service worker, didn’t say hello, just opened the window and held out her hand as if she was asking for payment for something I had already paid for thru the app.

Came through about 7:15 tonight and the drive thru lane was blocked and all the employees were sitting outside yelling we closed . Hours state they are open until 1:00 am. 3 vehicles were trying to come in.
