As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

First time visiting a Checkers and it wasn’t too bad. The fries are definitely their selling point & we had both the regular and sweet potato kind. Burgers were okay, the minus one star is because both mine and my son’s bacon on our burger was pretty raw.

This place is very unorganized and unprofessional. The cashier girl who took my order was very rude and unprofessional. The restaurant had a loud smell of marijuana coming out the side door of the restaurant. While other customers wait patiently in line to order their food. You had other employees on their phones not acknowledging the customers at all. After waiting 30 mins for ONLY! 2 sandwiches which weren’t made correctly and could have possibly caused an allergic reaction to my child’s health. Ai drive thru sucks our order was wrong even after the guy at the window verified it. My 4yr old twins were livid having to wait behind a car again toget their food. Asked for 2 chilli cheese dogs, got chilli dogs. Buns were broke in half and hotdogs were placed between the separated bread. Repeated the order 3 times to make sure was right and they still got it wrong.

I drove over to this location this evening at around 8 o’clock. I ordered an extra large fry. In front of me was another customer. I watched them hand my food out to that customer, who then handed it back to them after a minute. When it was my turn at the window, I kindly asked if they would remake those as they were headed out the window. The girl at the window started flipping out, threatening me calling names, racial slurs. As well as gender slurs as well. The Manager was just as bad, running out the building to come out there shoving her finger in my face threatening me while I was recording. Very nasty employees at this location spitting threatening, racial, slurs, etc. unacceptable. It’s all on camera. These two individuals should be fired. Never hired back.. all I wanted was some fresh fries that were not headed out to somebody else.

Went in at 1:42am, made an order, and was told they were “not serving food” aka “closed” given zero explanation as to why they decided they weren’t gonna do their jobs for 18 more minutes despite us going there specifically because google said they were one of the late night spots that were open. Super disappointed.
