I just had a great experience this morning here at the Sonic in Aberdeen. I ordered on the app and somehow my order changed from picking it up at a certain time to ASAP after I placed the order. I called and explained what happened and she was so nice and friendly. When I got here she had my food right out to me. Awesome and sweet service.

The service seems to have gotten better here than previous visits. We ordered a few shakes and ice cream. They came out after a reasonable wait. They don’t seem like they were mixed as well as some of the other Sonics in the area.

Every time I go to either Aberdeen, Ms or Amory, Ms neither have part or all of what I am wanting at different time. I was told today they didn’t have onion rings because the person that makes them just didn’t want to make them. What kind of an excuse is that!?

Our order was wrong for my wife and me ordered no ketchup or mayo dressed with mustard on a single cheese burger and received a double which was a soup burger i prefer my soup in a bowl and not on a bun. Also received fries instead of tots. My wife got a cheeseburger instead of a chicken sandwich I would give a below zero rating if I could food I received the other visit was cold and took to long to receive

Good food and staff are always great, but the wait time last couple visits have been painfully long. Today, the timer on (the red button) order screen timed out and we had to press it again. Also- the parking lot and drive are TERRIBLE; it’s an off-road drive thru and really needs an update. Let me stress that the food is still great and fresh.
