I was able to have their catered food at an event, and it was fantastic!! Some of the best BBQ I’ve had! The flavors of everything I ate was fantastic! I’m not a cornbread fan, and even their cornbread was perfectly flavored and tasty!

I’ve been looking for a good BBQ place in SLC for awhile. Been spoiled being in Texas. Finally found this place. Just drove by and had to try it. I ordered the 2 meat combo, pulled pork and brisket. The meal was delicious and the smoke wasn’t overdone like other bbq places. There’s a big menu so I will be back again. Not a fancy dining experience but if you want good BBQ, I Highly recommend.

3.8 Stars, Better than average BBQ. Will come back to try other items to get the full experience. Ribs were pretty good, juicy but a little too cooked for my liking, I like a firm bite to the rib looking for that clean dry bone. Looked and tasted good. Sausage was pretty good. Chopped chicken was ok, little dry and no smoke flavor at all, think it may have just been grilled. Mac and cheese was above average, the cornbread was moist and tasted great.

The lady was very friendly. The pulled pork tacos exceeded my expectations. Really loved the tacos with the Carolina mustard sauce. She gave us chocolate cornbread and it was also delicious!

Would give this more stars if I could! Being from North Carolina makes me miss great barbecue and this WAS what I was missing. Every sauce we tried, every side item and every meat was tender, balanced and delicious. Plus the owner and his daughter were incredibly sweet and helpful.

This place is yummy. The sauces they serve here are second to none. I brisket, ribs, and beans. All good, especially the beans. Kind of a honey mustard flavor. My only critique is that each table needs paper goods. Finger food is gooey, but gooey delicious. Thanks CRCBBQ!

3.5 — pretty decent BBQ for salt lake. i’ve been to quite a few here and this wasn’t too bad ! mac was tasty, cornbread was super moist, and the pulled pork had a nice classic smokey flavor which i liked. super juicy even without sauce. cant wait to go back to try some other meats !

Place is great. Very friendly and great care in making home made bbq. Love the mild sauce. Favorite is pulled pork sandwich with mashed potatoes and cornbread with honey butter. Support this place – they care about customer experiences.

Great food and family owned. The BBQ is a step above that’s for sure. Great little family joint. Almost that hidden little gem. If your looking for some great BBQ that definitely smashes the chain joints out of the water. Try Charlotte-Rose’s Carolina BBQ off 3300 s and 800 e in salt lake. If your out for a ride and wanna get some food give it a go!
