This place is a hidden gem!! Off the beaten path. There’s a Billboard on thehighway. But you don’t accidentally drive by this place.
If you happen to be looking for an awesome no frills steakhouse, this is it.
They have a rad salad bar. I know it has iceberg lettuce, but the smoked oysters make up for that!! They had a huge selection of fresh items. Real bacon, mixed deluxe salted nuts, raisins, cranberries, sunflower seeds, eggs, veggies and more! We ordered a 20 oz. Ribeye. The Mac n cheese and red mashed potatoes were excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly, no extra fat, tender, juicy and the best I’ve had since I can remember.

We came into town to visit friends and was told ribeyes was the place to go so we did and although the food was excellent and the atmosphere was good what made this meal was our service and that was handled by a Young lady named Lacy!!! There are good servers, but the young lady never let our drinks, go empty and checked on us quite often and delivered the best customer service that I have had in quite some time including some five star restaurants I have had the opportunity to frequent recently! We will definitely come back and it will be because of the service we were given, and of course, the best ribeyes… fresh salad bar… and great crab cakes!!!

I dined at Ribeye’s several times as I have stayed at the HIE for work the past 2 weeks. I ate pork chops with macaroni and cheese, beef tips w/ gravy and a mushroom and cheese burger with fries. All the food was good, although they are a little heavy handed with the salt for my preference, I still really enjoyed my meals. The real star is the salad bar, it has so many options that I enjoyed it one night as my dinner with an appetizer. I also enjoyed the old fashioned and the wine selection. Waitresses were super friendly, anticipated needs and made sure everything was to my liking. Service overall was outstanding! The atmosphere is pleasant for a group or individual diners. I will continue to eat here when I am at HIE staying while traveling for work.

Worst steak in my life. I mean awful and it cost $40! My mom was just as disappointed. I thought this place would put other chain store steakhouses to shame, but no. I asked for medium. But got a thin “ribeye”. Ribeyes are thick!

Amber T.!!!!! This was our very first time dining here. We heard some good feedback from the locals, but we wanted to try it for ourselves to celebrate a special birthday. First, I was very impressed with the immediate greeting upon entering. Then our amazing server, Amber T. was so pleasant, patient, and professional. We are definitely coming back for the ribeyes and the excellent service! Everything was served fresh. Great atmosphere, too! I would highly recommend the ribeyes. The Hawaiian Punch was delicious! The salad bar was nice as well. Great options! Amber T. was amazing. Thank you for the warm welcome and the great food!

Week before Christmas, 2024, 1930 hours. After long drive from Raleigh: bar was warm, bright and pleasantly noisy with staff friendly and helpful. It was Martini Night so I had a Sugar Cookie Martini: delicious and not too sweet as I had feared. Had small Ribeye, rare, and it was delicious. (And I had a second sugar cookie martini)
