MOLDY BREAD!! We were a table of 8. They took 20+ mins to bring us our Pepsi and beers. When the Pepsi came they were flat. They forgot my aunts ginger ale. The waitress rolled her eyes when she said she just wanted a water instead because it was taking to long. My husband was eating his bread when we noticed there was mold on it!! We told the manager and she didn’t seem to care. They forgot one meal and it came 20 minutes after everyone else’s. I paid 25$ for a sad piece of chicken and burnt black beans and corn. One burger came so over done you couldn’t bite into it. They made another one but still put mayo on it even though we specified we didn’t want it on so they were not able to eat it. The manager didn’t care about the service we received or the bread. I will never eat there again.

The manager and staff are very rude and disrespectful. We asked for a replacement for our burger cause it was burnt, but they talked and argued with us saying you ate about half of it. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a pub.

Nice atmosphere, rest rooms are clean, I was seated in the restaurant section where there were a couple larger parties. If I tried this place again it may be more enjoyable to eat on the Pub side.

Fish and Chips was disappointing. Tiny flakes of fish and 90% batter. Very small portion overall. Barely any fries too. Tasted ok though.

This restaurant had some of the worst service that I have ever experienced. This place had about three tables and two serves and it took 30 plus minutes for everything that they did. The corned beef was good but it didn’t matter since the waitress was horrible. She was barking orders at this poor young girl while she was doing nothing which was rude. The young girl helped us way more than our “waitress”. I would. Not recommend going here. The wait is long even when they are basically empty.

Staying at the connected hotel with my wife in early January 2022, the hotel is great, service has been very friendly at both hotel and restaurant area, but this food was very, very poor.

Had breakfast with a group of friends. Almost no one in the restaurant at 8:30 Saturday and food took over 45 minutes to be brought out after ordering…and it was cold. Get the bill and my item was $1.00 more than the price on the reused one page menu along with 20% gratuity and a $0.60 surcharge. Waitress said surcharge was added by management to cover lost revenue during COVID! This turned out to be a mediocre overpriced $20 breakfast.

Charlies would get a one star review from me if it wasn’t for it’s fantastic location, and remodeled building. Management has been consistently bad for the last 2 plus years. I have stayed, eaten, drank and attended concerts here with multiple issues with management. Out of 2 of the 5 tap beers. Out of popcorn (or refuse to make it). Close early ( with multiple people still present). Stopped serving food before listed time. Won’t serve coffee (even though food is still available). Dan the bartender was awesome (he left). My daughter who was 20 at the time was told she couldn’t wait for us in the bar area (our sober cab). BTW she was older than the bartender and of course, she wasn’t drinking.. I am a resident and have visited several other establishments over many years without issue. The only reason we visit here because we loved Dan the bartender, and our wine club meets here. Uggg.
