I would like to leave a review because of the great customer service I experienced while eating at Charley’s in the Olympia Mall. At first I did encounter a problem, I placed my order and tried to use a $5 reward that had a countdown as soon as I hit redeem on the app. The cashier was unable to scan it and said it wasn’t working. The manager Dinora was called and not only was she polite but she was able to get the reward to work. She made sure my order was correct and did it all with a smile. Because of this experience I will be sure to be back again. Thank you Dinora!!

Absolutely fantastic here. One of the best cheese steaks I’ve had. However this time I did not go with the traditional, I went with chicken and was happily surprised, along with the loaded fries that were on point. Portions were great and the quality was superb. Very fair prices as well.When the family and I move up here, this will be somewhere that we come to on a fairly regular basis. Will be telling everyone to try this place out.

Double charged me. Approved first time, told me it wasn’t and couldn’t give me receipt, charged me second time. Immediately checked my bank account and it was taken out to pending. Attempted to get a refund and was told that if I have no receipt she can’t help me. Immediately called my bank and there were two charges disputing one. Really frustrating. Didn’t give napkins or silverware either for the loaded fries but being charged almost $45 for barely any food was kinda the kicker here.

My cashier was Lili and she was very unprofessional. She did not speak up and when asked to repeat herself she gave me attitude. The food is also delicious but her service was definitely lacking!!

I’m a mall worker and I get my food from here almost every day that I work. I’ve had no problems up until one day. My order wasn’t made correctly and I had asked for it to be made correctly and the younger male with short hair told me to shut up Under his breath and when I confronted him about it, he was like no I didn’t say that I didn’t say that, and when I asked what he said, he could not tell me what he said. It sucks because the food is really really great but now after that, my food has been messed up almost every time that this kid is on shift it feels like he’s doing it on purpose.

We got the extra chicken for $2 each, Jerry put 2 orders in one box I asked to separate ( he got a little fussy) , but the chicken was very greasy. Overall it was good.

I haven’t been to a Charley’s in ages, and this one did not disappoint! This is a food court location in Capital Mall that is largely deserted in this time of coronavirus lockdown. Everyone wore masks and gloves, as did all patrons in the mall that I could see.
The chicken philly was top notch! I was surprised to see the pickles on there but didn’t mind them. Most of my Charley’s experiences have been in US airports, so this was an interesting difference. They also have nice to-go boxes rather than simple bags, nice touch.
Great service, will return!
