I asked for extra black olives and extra banana peppers and got 6 pieces of each. That is not extra. That is in fact a regular amount. I asked for more and the worker said that it was extra. I then asked for “extra, extra” and she said she can’t do that. Um why not ? You’re making my sandwich how I want and I want a lot more than six pieces of black olives and banana peppers.

This is the most non friendly place. Had to wait 15 minutes for the girl to stock her food . The bread was hard and dry and I ordered a cold cut trio. Her helper did not help her. Customers had to wait. Then the girl started reaching over the work counter to drink from the drink machine behind the counter. Very unsanitary! And playing music loud and asking us to speak up! I recommend not to eat there.

I made an online order and the cashier refused to make my sandwiches claiming that the order did not go thru. I showed her proof that I ordered the sandwiches on my app and even showed her the email and she continued to then ignore me and make someone else’s order and would not talk to me. absolutely rude and unprofessional. if you hate your job so much go get another one.

Worst service ever. They should not be working if they don’t want to. The ladies try to stay in the back hiding. Then came out mouthing off states they should have locked the door. Made smart mouth comments. Huffed out loud when another customer came in. Then another family came in the lady was like okay I’m locking the doors. Was very rude. She was on her Facebook standing at the counter could see it clear. I was so in shock for the behavior. Don’t places want customers. This makes your day go by plus I thought businesses needed money. Guess not subway on shadd rd.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE (NO SERVICE)! I was standing inside for over 10 minutes, rang the little ring like 5 times, NOBODY even came out !!! There was no sight of any employees, with other guests sitting inside. Music playing awful loud …. After that I tried to call to talk to a manager, nobody was answering the phone (obviously nobody was still inside the store).

This location is usually great but tonight it was different their toaster was broken which is no problem they usually go overboard to accommodate their customers I simply requested New bread as she said she microwaved it Response was its too late then she proceeded to make my sub, Well I didn’t notice it at the restaurant But she completely forgot my bacon and cheese which makes the chicken bacon ranch. I just felt this visit was poor I give it a 1/10 The texture off this microwaved sand which is terrible I took one bite and gave it to my dog and theirs some sauce she put on it that I didn’t request. I requested a refund she said no but seems like I had no option but to except this sub, I might have been able to force it if my cheese and bacon was on it. she really didn’t pay any attention to detail and she made it clear to her other employee as she was leaving that customers are not her priority. I work at a sub place, imo this is not acceptable.

Order was 30 minutes late- I know things happen. That’s fine. But no apology, not a shred of kindness. Receipt said “order made incorrectly” but that is false. Order was 30 minutes late.

Friendly staff! They always make a great sub! Some days, I feel bad because theres one person & they could use another person or two. I’ve seen people walk out because the lines get too long.
