This is my second time having food at this place and honestly, I think I’m done with this place when it comes to their sandwiches. The sandwiches are soggy and the bread they use is super cheap. My sandwiches are always a dripping and it’s disgusting. The fries are pretty good. Service was not the greatest which speaks into the food.

After a long day shopping at the mall, I was super hungry. I had never tried Charley’s, so thought I would give it a try. Omg delicious! The cashier, John was very patient, and kind helping me decide what to order, and telling me about the rewards program. Thomas made my food to perfection. I highly recommend this place.

This was an experience I had at the Southlake Mall Charley’s on Friday December 9th between 2:30PM and 2:55PM. Typically the workers are polite and accommodating, but not today. Last week I did a survey to get a free drink with any regular purchase. I did it, wrote the code down and went today to get some fries and a soft drink. I saw as it happened that the first worker took off the cost of the drink with my code, then the price went back up. Then another worker, I’m assuming a manager, wouldn’t honor my code. She claimed that it wasn’t from the original website but wouldn’t elaborate further. She was a bit catty about it too, as if she was implying I lied. Then the first worker wouldn’t give me my receipt for today’s transaction. I was angry but took the little bit of food I could afford and left. To add insult to injury though as I was shuffling with my purse my fries fell over on the ground. I couldn’t even salvage any to eat so I picked it all up and threw it away.

Overall terrible experience. If you want to pay way too much for mediocre food and about 7 French fries then go ahead and waste your money. The generally rude staff and condescending 12 year old running the shift are a nice touch to round out the bad experience. Do better. I have a family of 7 that won’t come back.

I love Charleys and have been craving it for 2 weeks. I was so excited to come here after work and I get there at 6:15. My husband and I waited at the front for a few minutes and were the only people in line. Finally someone came out from the back shouting “just so you know, no sandwiches anymore just drinks!” I’m not sure why they show they’re open until 7. I understand maybe closing at 6:30 to clean? But it wasn’t even 6:30? Very upset and let down. Love the sandwiches but rude employee and wrong close time advertised

I just left charleys in south lake mall. I ordered a philly fry and it’s terrible! Worst food I’ve had from there thus far. I eat at charleys pretty often and know what the quality of the food is capable of but this was terrible. This was my first time at this particular location and I won’t be back. Wen I asked the lady why my cheese look like it was just scraped out of a can she said because it’s cheese wiz. It’s literally in chunks on top of my fries. I said my fries never looked like this before she says they always look like that. These ppl are very rude and the customer service is poor. If you hungry don’t eat here

If I had my last $10, I would not only go somewhere else, but I would pay someone else not to eat here and myself starve. The person I just saved from buying a terrible sandwich would then in return buy me one from a nearby potbelly or firehouse subs. Which is where any human should go to get a decent sandwich. If my dog was still alive, he would eat my shoe instead of this sandwich. Jesus christ couldnt save this sandwich. I never thought starving would sound better than eating until I ate here.

Waited in a long line for terrible service and terrible food. We got the Chicken california samdwiches and the meat was as dry as the bread. We told the woman we wanted all that was included on the sandwiches, One of them didnt even get lettuce, tomatoes, or ranch. We paid a lot of money for this poor quality food.
