I ordered from Ubereats. I then googled the reviews and was afraid the food wouldn’t be good, because the stars were 3. But the food was good and nicely presented. I would order here again. I think the low stars reflect the service in person mostly.

The food is very good here. However I need to share my Father’s experience. He worked hard labor construction work in Princeton today. The only thing on his mind was a cheese steak and fries from Charley’s. He drove all the way here from Princeton, NJ to Moorestown Mall. There was only one couple ahead of him. The problem started when the couple was taking forever looking up something on the app. The cashier just stood there without saying anything. Even the cooks was looking around like what’s going on. My Dad got so tired of just standing there he left. I understand the cashier was young. However at the very least he could’ve took my Dad’s order while the couple found whatever they needed from the app. Very disappointing! He end up going to Chick-fil-A. Something he didn’t want for dinner tonight

Firstly I would like to start with i and currently under going chemo and fighting cancer at the moment, I don’t eat much nor have and appetite much, so when I did and said man I would really love a cali steak from Charley’s it hurts me that this was my experience. My girlfriend went to the moorestown location for me because I am bed ridden. Upon her arrival when she greeted the staff behind the cash register (and older Hispanic woman) she said she was greeted with immediate I don’t want to deal with people attitude from her while ordering she was asked to repeat the order several times before she even really got out what it is she was trying to order because they woman rudely interrupted her more then twice after she was actually able to convey thee order upon payment she rolled her eyes while waiting for her to collect the appropriate amount and loudly scoffed.( had this not been my request she would have immediately left) lastly to receive a cali steak with and almost doughy raw roll (asked for it to be toasted and I’m sure they toast all rolls) without my pickles asked for or thee other things included like extra ranch cheese etc. I’m appalled not only at the services that were provided but the quality of food that was given I have not had a bad experience with a Charley’s before until now and I can guarantee I will not return to this location. And if so the employees in question she be immediately reprimanded. DO NOT GOTO THIS LOCATION!

I just left the Moorestown mall location, with about 20 people total in the entire mall and the lady never asked whether my order was to go or eat in, but when I asked for a bag for my fries she had an entire hissy fit!! It’s only a bag! Plus, by the looks of it, this mall will be closing down soon.

All I can say is wow. Haven’t had Charley’s in a long time but I had a desire for a Chicken California today. I ordered from here online at like 6:30 pm and then was nervous to get my food after seeing all the negative reviews. Nothing like that! The premises is clean and organized, the guys behind the counter were very friendly, and the prices were all reasonable. I got back home and the food was still perfectly hot and the fries still awesome. Very happy that these fries traveled well. I’m really happy with the service I received today at this location. Their phone # is disconnected though.

There was a mistake made in the food ordered ,so we returned to the counter toinform the female cashier that they had not prepared the sandwiches as ordered. The female cashier demanded the receipt (it should be noted that she had just waited on us minutes ago) After a very frustrating back and forth with the female cashier about a receipt she had not given she summoned I can only presume was the manager/franchise owner. This individual didn’t address or acknowledge us. Meanwhile,the female cashier slyly retrieved our receipt from the trash and preceded to read the order info on the receipt. Neither she or the manage had the decency to apologize for their error or the stress caused. We frequently patronize this franchise in other locations,and we have never experienced should deplorable customer service. Needless to say we will not patronize this business again as it is obvious our business is not valued.

Some ppl just must not understand who actually keeps them employed for its not the place, it’s the customer. That customer could have been me and i wanted it to be but I step up to the place, and I’m the only one there! The only one! So I’m about 3 ft to the left of the register and I see a prep cook who’s not busy and facing me. I say to him Het buddy how u doin? Just being nice. He looks at me and points to the register and says u order over there. I say I know, and all he did was stare blankly saying nothing else. I walk on and the poor nice girl at the counter said can I help u and I said no I’m good. What should have happened is because I was the only one there the guy should have first kindly answered my question and then become inspiring talking about the food he makes and asking if I want something at which point I would have said yes and told him what it was and then I would have went to the counter and paid. Ez but he just had to have a bad attitude Oh well. Good luck.
