It seems as if the staff here is incompetent. I tried to use a coupon, my second one so I’m familiar with the fact the coupon is meant for call in or in store orders but the staff including who seemed to be the store manager told me at first “it was meant for online orders” then after expressing to them what the back says she then tried to tell me that it was supposed to be entered during the call even though it clearly states the procedures for the staff. If she just wasn’t too lazy to read she could have read what to do. Very disappointing compared to other experiences at other local locations

Please read to the end ~I like the store, clean place and the pizza is really good, some employees are nice and friendly a couple there you can tell hate their job, to bad I would have given a 5 star. ((UPDATE))~ I have went back several times for pizza and it’s went downhill must of been good because the store just opened. I go elsewhere for pizza now.

Do not recommend coming to this location. I called in a pizza and arrived 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be done and the pizzas still were not put in the oven, not to mention there was two workers in the kitchen making pizzas one was in uniform the other one was in scrubs?. Also the cashier was talking on his cell phone. This store definitely needs some work done or new workers.
