Overall, this is an average Casey’s. Cleanliness is lacking and they are out of lots of drink options and fresh food items. They have a Beer Cave with lots of cold beer options. Bathrooms need lots of attention!! Staff is friendly and responsive. Gas was relatively easy to pump.

All Casey’s General Stores are top-notch in the ever-expanding, highly competitive convenience store/gas station industry. Their fueling stations are always clean and supplies like courtesy paper towels are well-stocked. Trash receptacles are always less than half full and this shows that they empty them frequently. The window cleaner squeegee stations are always clean and don’t smell like a sewer, the sewer-like smell being bug sludge. In the squeegee stations I’ve encountered at other gas stations, the window cleaner fluid is VERY rarely being drained, the bin being cleaned, and then refilled with fresh window cleaner. It’s such a simple thing to provide, but so many gas stations just don’t care about it. Casey’s obviously cares greatly.

We was just in Casey’s in tontitown, Arkansas and the lady working the register was so rude!!! There was a line of us and she just acted like she wanted to hurry up and get us out of her way as if we were a bother and act like we interrupted her in the middle of something. We asked her a question and she would not answer and act like it was such a bother. I have never had an experience like that at any other Casey’s, just her. We just left Casey’s at 2:26 p.m. on August 3rd Tuesday. Pretty upset about this!!

I stopped in tonight and got behind an elderly gentleman who was counting $2 in change out and the lady at the counter could’ve been so impatient, heck I could’ve been impatient, but I stopped to listen and watch her because she had this wonderfully sweet and funny demeanor that I just wanted to hear what she had to say. I stepped up next and she was the exact same way with me! I just had to tell her that she was the friendliest Casey’s employee I had ever met, and the most helpful! Every time I go in a Casey’s I feel like the workers always hate their lives! This one was one in a billion! Her name is Heather, make sure when you see her to ask her the joke about coke her dad used to tell her!
