Place is an absolute joke, dirty, nasty, stinks, things all over the floor. No drink lids, no hot food at lunch time. They say they’re “understaffed” but have 3 people working behind the counter and 2 people kitchen. I’ve never left a review but this was well needed. Especially being an elkhorn location how is the acceptable. Casey’s is terrible as well as the people that work in them, it’s no one’s fault you have to work at a gas station, it’s supposed to be a convenient store instead it’s An absolute inconvenience. I’d stay far away from this place, poor elkhorn. Photos speak for themselves. Have a good one folks.

Save yourself the time and drive somewhere else. Employees are RUDE TO YOU. Especially the older blonde girl, she looks like a manager but not sure who would ever give her that position.

Most INCONVENIENT gas station in Elkhorn! Over half the pumps are always out of order, if you don’t want a $100 hold on your card from paying at the pumps, that’s too bad because they don’t accept payment for gas inside the store. Majority of their stock is empty every time I go in, and the staff mostly just piddle farts around while a giant line forms. If you order online for a pizza be, prepared to wait an additional 20 minutes after when they told it would be ready. Ultimately save yourself the time and pick a different gas station.

This is the WORST gas station ever. There’s always a line going all the way to the back cooler because they only have one register that you can pay for gas on. At all the other registers they tell people “you have to swipe your card 3 times for it to be rejected enough just to use the chip reader” and I feel bad for anyone who doesn’t know to just use the “tap” feature instead. Whoever the franchise owner is of this particular location ought to feel embarrassed for how poorly run their establishment is. If I were to take a wild guess the owners must be elderly and are being taken advantage of by whoever is actually running this place. I would fire ALL of management. I could go on for days about why this place is so bad. Nothing is ever in stock, the kitchen food is TERRIBLE, DO NOT GET ANYTHING THAT WAS COOKED IN THE FRYER. Either they don’t know how to properly clean a fryer or they just don’t do a good enough job at it. Long slow lines, terrible food, trashed bathrooms, poor management, unstocked coolers (I’ve had to go into the “employees only” door to get in there and grab the drink I wanted and I could see it clear as day yet there was nothing stocked, mind you nobody stopped me because who even actually works there), constantly out of bagged ice, I have left there several times to go somewhere else instead and if I had the money I would open up another gas station next to them just for the sake of people who need a convenience store instead of an inconvenient hassle of a store like this one. We would rather drive anywhere than this place on break.

Skylar, Morgan, Bree & Brett are amazing. When I moved to town they all treated me with the BEST customer service I’ve ever seen. I truly hope Casey’s sees this and can do something amazing for these 4!

I used the car wash, Sunday afternoon. All seemed o.k.going through, but got home and noted it had done a very poor job removing undercarriage dirt. Irritated enough at that, then walked around to the passenger side and discovered horizontal scratches and scrapes, som all the way through the primer coat. Across both crew cab doors. These were not there when I got in today. The passenger side is the side I first see walking from the house to garage. Have to walk those doors b4 I can get to the drivers side to enter.

I got gas on my hands. Went to wash it off in the restroom. No hooks to hang my purse, ok. Used a ton of bathroom soap to wash it off and it didn’t (cruddy soap) so I asked if they had anything better, they do not. That’s just gross. Ya’ll prepare food. If you don’t have soap strong enough to clean your hands after coming in contact with gas, you should absolutely NOT be serving food.

Ordered pizza leaving off one ingredient. After 20 minutes picked up pizza and after getting home found the ingredient I said to leave off. This has happened multiple times. While checking out the clerk was shoving breadsticks in his mouth while trying to talk. Very unprofessional.

Casey’s…the poorest run gas station in the United States. Always out of ice, usually 50% working pumps. Those that do work, will take 20 minutes to fill your tank. Staff that doesn’t care.

First this place was an Eddy’s , then a Bucky’s, and now it’s a Casey’s. Casey’s bought a few local convenience store franchises and is slowly rebranding them all. So, if it feels like Casey’s is taking over Omaha, then that’s why. They’re known for their pizza which is sort of what sets them apart from your average convenience store. If you want a hot pizza, then check it out. If you just want an awesome selection of packaged snacks and beverages, then maybe find a QuikTrip. Like all food service and retail businesses these days they’re struggling to find good dependable staff. So, they take who they can get and your experience here (or at any other convenience store) can vary wildly as a result.
