I placed a order at 9:30 they lost the ticket I go back in at 10am to the rudest workers. Christina asked me to repeat my order multiple times very rudely. I asked her to print the recriot after repeating my order. After saying I would report to corporate I began being treated semi better. Jennifer also was awful.

As a long time customer of Starbucks, this was disappointing. I’ve had drink messed up and I never complain. However, this is just ripping off customers. I ordered a Venti Vanilla Shaken Espresso with Oat milk . I asked for NO ICE and two extra pumps of Vanilla. This is what I was given: See picture. When I asked about it, they stated that the drink is made of mostly ice and the District Manager was coming in for the day so they had to do the drink by the book. So in other words, it’s okay to admit we are getting mostly ice and to rip customer off. I will try to contact the district manager later, if this isn’t resolve, I’ll take my business to a coffee place that respect it.

Drive Thru employees were rude. 02/06/23 around 2:40 pm My mother and I were in the drive thru trying to give them our order. They were Goofing around, laughing and we had to keep repeating what we said. Then they had the audacity to cop an attitude with us and started speaking to us in a rude tone. We’ve been there plenty of times and never had to deal with anything like that. Have better customer service. Thanks.
