I placed my online order at 6:46. According to the online timer it was going to be ready in 45 minutes (7:31). At 7:30 I called to see where my pizza was at. Stephanie answered the phone and told me my pizza was boxed up and she was waiting on the delivery driver. By 7:50 my pizza was still not there, I drove to the store (6 blocks away). When I got there, Stephanie again told me, the delivery driver left with it about 10-15 minutes ago. When I asked for a refund I was told “the best I can do is give you a free pizza”, and that the manager wasn’t there. Needless to say I am not happy and will be calling in the morning to talk to a manager. When I left the store, I noticed a missed call at 7:53 (it was my delivery driver). When she answered she said “I have pounded on your door hard 3 times and no one has come out to get it”.

Third time is my last time. Once we have a long blonde hair in our pizza. Next time we show up and had to wait 10 minutes because they gave our food to another customer. Next time they mess our order up and when we let them know they demand we bring the food back. They did explain it was due to a new girl thinking the – marks on the ticket meant to put extra. Get your pizza from G&W or pizza and don’t waste your time or get your extra protein from the hair in your food.

I had an awful experience this morning with the assistant manager sherry she is very disrespectful and rude. Not only did she make me sound like I had a bomb in my purse (that is a backpack) I was hungover and just trying to hydrate myself but she was assuming I was taking two water bottles but I paid for them and she was very snappy towards me. Also she didn’t wash her hands before making a sandwich and rolled her eyes at my friend . Horrible service

Would not recommend getting any sandwiches. The bar wasn’t stocked and every time i asked for something the person making the sandwich kept touching all the doors and other surfaces with the same gloves they were using to touch the food. Very unsanitary practice.

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight and I will never again be ordering from Caseys. The 15 dollar taco pizza we ordered didn’t have chips, no beans, hardly any lettuce, and huge chunks of tomatoes. The only reason it tastes anything like a taco was because at least the “employee (s)” remembered to put the taco sauce in the box. When I called, all I was told was that he would take my complaint. Well, here you go. Thanks for nothing and charging full for a half-assed job.
