Some young girl was outside on her break about 9 PM and was super nice, but I went inside looking for the new Mtn Dew and the other cashiers were really dismissive and didn’t want to help me find anything or talk to me at all. I found only 2 of the 3 new Baja Blasts and didn’t find the specific Mtn Dew Overdrive. Looking at the fountain station I found that they had it, and I tasted it but it was straight water. I told the cashiers but they didn’t want to change the syrup pack on it I think. I ended up leaving the store really disappointed with only two drinks. As I was leaving the parking lot I saw a display for the Overdrive drink and I ran back in the store. The cashiers could have shown me where it was or at least said something similar to sorry. Absolutely no help at all.

I used to frequent this store on a regular basis, however it seemed that no matter the time I visited it I would find a lack of employees, a lack of hot or cold foods from the deli, no coffee, dirty fountain area and a filthy store.

The coolers weren’t filled so there was few options, the icee machine was off, the fountain machine had a out of order sign and the cashier was having a personal conversation on her headphones with her mother complaining about a coworker while checking people out, she didn’t say hi when it was our turn and was too busy talking as the transaction finished to let us know it was done nor did she offer a receipt, so we stood there for a second and left. We go to other Casey’s in town often and this one was a real disappointment.

Went into the store at 8 o’clock pm all the food that was in the warmer had clearly been sitting in the warmer for way too long looked. I work nights down the street and will take my 15 dollars a day down the street to the Krispy krunchy chicken. Absolute joke. I would not feed this pizza to my dog leg alone myself

I love Casey’s pizza! Ot isn’t expensive and it doesn’t take long to get it. Well sometimes on Friday nights it does but its worth the wait. And if I have forgotten like bread or milk at the store I can just run to Casey’s and grab it! And of course they have gas. It’s always clean and has friendly employees! Can’t go wrong going to Casey’s!

Order delivery from Casey’s on Rice Road today. Ordered a pizza and 16 boneless chicken wings for my children. Pizza arrived no boneless chicken wings. Called the store they told me it was my problem to call DoorDash who delivered. Call DoorDash they said the store needs to call us and will send a new driver. Call back and talk to the same guy, said he would call DoorDash. Fast forward two hours, no chicken nuggets. Called him back and said hey my kids are waiting on dinner, you said you were going to call DoorDash. He said I couldn’t get a hold of them and don’t have the time. I said so what am I supposed to do for my kids for dinner, he hung up. So now I’m am $14, have nothing for my children’s dinner, thank you very much for ruining our night.

I placed a call ahead order and they put it on the warming rack for everyone to buy! And forgot about my pizza until AFTER I paid for it. Joy needs to be trained and educated that call ahead orders do not get forgotten about! Very unhappy!
