I’m always highly impressed by the service that they provide here at Arctic Circle. I’ve come here a couple times to get some food and everything exceeds my expectations, they are very fast and prompt to attend me and make sure my every need is taken care of. Great place to come if you want some good food in St. George!

Andy and John are the dream team!
I haven’t been to arctic circle for months because this location seemed to be getting worse and worse – Nickel and diming for fry sauce, not offering courtesy cones, getting orders wrong etc.
Andy took my order, and nailed every piece of it, including all of the customizations. He had a great attitude and clearly takes pride in his work. When I think of Arctic Circle, someone like Andy is who I think of, and you can tell going above and beyond is his normal!
His brother John was working the grill and absolutely nailed it! Perfectly crisp bacon, great balance of veggies, crispy corn dogs and PERFECTLY cooked French fries. Got me in and out quick, and the order was exactly right.
These 2 made me remember how Arctic circle is supposed to be, and it’s definitely back on the list as my go to spot when I need quick, quality food. You better pay these 2 more, because any business would be lucky to have them! Thanks guys!!!

Excellent food and service every time. If you have a specific need, they’ll do their best to accommodate it for you. And they also customize their food to order, so if you like onion rings or bacon crispy, just ask them. It’s an older building and the furniture is kind of vintage but it’s all well-kept and very clean/tidy. This is definitely my go to for a burger and fries, or a chicken sandwich. Their ice cream is awesome too.

My crew and I went to this location for lunch. Not busy in the store and had only a couple cars in the drive through; so I doubt that a heavy rush is what stressed out the employees on staff.
Multiple examples of employee misconduct were witnessed.
One young man ate one of the French fries out of the bag that was part of our order. A separate gentleman got angry at something (unknown what it was) and punched the microwave in the back. He then very loudly expressed to his coworkers that he’s “gotta stop losing his temper” because he “just broke the microwave.” He then had to go clean up a cut He got on his hand. From the lobby we could see the blood and there wasn’t really any effort to maintain cleanliness of the situation. After he came back he got back to work on the line for about 10 minutes before another coworker (the previous one who had ate my friends food off the landing bay) told him he was still bleeding and to go take care of it.
Still no cleaning of the blood was witnessed.

The folks and food at Arctic Circle are superb. Major props for not charging an arm and a leg for a meal while still using good quality ingredients. To make matters even better, their employees are consistently engaged, friendly, and offer top-tier service. This last trip’s superstars were Brooke, Mark, and Andy. If you’ve not been here in a while, you should give them another shot!

Drove up at 8:30pm on a Saturday night, it says it closes at 10:00 pm and an employee is outside yelling at another customer for trying to go through the drive thru, and then turns to us and says no and then continues to go smoke around the back..? Maybe change the hours on the building and online and tell
your employee to not yell at people for thinking the store is literally open when it’s supposed to be.

Great food and great service. My sister and I are healthcare workers visiting from New Jersey a big city and we are so used to the fast life not having conversations since we are always on go in the east coast. But, Brent the owner really gave us outstanding service, spoke to us with kindness, and just reminded us to slow down and enjoy. They know customers on a personal level which you don’t see often where I’m from. Brent and his team are truly wonderful and made our vacation 20x better. Also, the fry sauce is necessary to try once in your life! Thank you guys again for the exceptional food and service.
