Stopped by to pass some time. Tried the Aufstoin. Awesome doughy malt lager. Tried the grilled cheese. Was great four kinds of cheese on toast with a tomato and pickles. Added pickled onions. Yummy.

Also have had blended mushroom beef patty burgers and the fries never disappoint.

This was probably the best smash burger I have had in the city! The flavors were off the charts and the fries had the perfect crisp on them. Our waitress was very kind and attentive to our needs. We were there earlier in the afternoon so it wasn’t too busy which was nice. Would highly recommend checking this spot out!

Burgh’ers in Lawrenceville is a great place for burgers and beer. It’s a casual, industrial spot with friendly staff.
I had the Oakland burger and it was perfectly cooked and included locally sourced toppings.
I didn’t try any of the beers, but they had an impressive selection with house brewed options.
You can also get a Mini Smash if you have less of an appetite.

Good food. Watch your receipt. Prices don’t match the menu. I ordered the morningside $15 with chilli mac $4 charged $20. Originally server didn’t give me fries. The menu clearly states “upgrade your fries.” I took the dollar discrepancy out of the tip.

The least busiest of the breweries we visited, but it was the most interaction we got with staff, a big plus in my book…

From the outside it was non-desript, but the inside revealed a sizeable taproom/restaurant setup with a decent sized bar to go along with it all. Though we did not eat here, we could see they had a nice sized menu and it was made to order.

For beers we had each a lager and a dunkel, very good offerings that came in nice cone-shaped glassware – definitely out of the ordinary. Service was spot on and super friendly as we shared our experiences on the day and they genuinely were receptive to the whole discussion.

Though it was a little hard to find, it was worth the effort and definitely worth a return trip..

My wife, Amanda, and I stopped in for a bite to eat this past Wednesday. Let me tell you, it is just sooooooo delicious at Burgh’ers! Jonathan M served us and he was nothing very nice and cordial!

The good…woooo! I had the Fox Chapel burger and it had so much flavor with the balsamic glaze along with the shoestring fries and Coke!

We will definitely come back as we had in the past and would recommend it to anyone who’s in from out of town and need a quick bite to eat!

It is so great, wonderful and delicious!!!

Food was great. We loved the pretzel appetizer! Best pretzels we’ve had (and we always get the pretzels at places). I had the squirrel burger and it was amazing. My wife ordered chickenclub and loved it as well. Erin was our server and she was super nice and friendly. Nice atmosphere. Will be back

My wife and I got two smash-burgers, the Pittsburgher and the Maggie’s Farm, with fries, pierogies, and a selection of Burghers’ own beers. Everything was so excellent, including service and atmosphere, we are counting down to our next Pittsburgh visit. Outstanding!

This is truly the best burger I’ve had — flavorful without being greasy, with a perfect balance of quality ingredients. My favorite options are Shadyside and Liberty burgers.

Their cheese selections for burgers are excellent, and the beer list is equally impressive (the Cholo Mexican amber is a standout).

The restaurant is family-friendly, even offering a menu for dogs, and service is quick with no wait times. A consistently enjoyable experience.

There’s no reason to get a burger anywhere else. Burghers is the best in the metro. They have mastered the art of building flavors into a burger that compliments the beef. Get their rosemary fries as a side. The only thing missing is tartar sauce.
