I asked to see if I could get some made since I live some time out of the town and was told none could be made. At 6:30 in the morning there are no breakfast burritos to be made. Makes since ya know not to have breakfast items during breakfast.

Never have hardly any food made and in the warmer. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. It’s 11/06/2021 I ordered pizza about 6:45 pm, over the phone. On the phone the guy sounded like he was adding my 2 liters to my order. When I got there to pay they were not on my order. Then I get to the store and ask about my pizza, they tell me ten minutes so I wait. About 20 minutes goes by and they said they don’t have it. They show me my order and say that’s the only order that came through and someone came in earlier and asked about my order. (Hint it was me that came and asked) they told me another 25 minutes. Why lie to my face and tell me my order will be ready in 10 minutes if you haven’t even started the order? Just admit y’all are lazy and a bunch of liars. I would not recommend ordering here. You’ll pay for it and not receive it. Or it will take 2 hrs for a “20 minute” order……. pathetic

I ordered 3 pizzas last Friday night and their special was a Supreme pizza. I have ordered that numerous times and I feel it is their best pizza on the menu. Although, what I received was NOT their best. It was the worst pizza I have ever gotten there! I think they forgot half of the items that are supposed to come on it. It was brown! There was hardly any sauce and I think they forgot the cheese!!! It was NOT Casey’s quality for sure! Very disappointed!!!

On 7/3/20 I purchased a pepperoni pizza shortly after 9 pm. While waiting I used the women’s bathroom. Toilet paper all over the floor. Looked like the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a month. I got my pizza and left. Worst pizza I’ve ever eaten . I will not be ordering anything in the future.

They are a great store but if you are going to close early at least warn people. Now I have to drive 15 or 20 minutes to the only open store. I’m so angry cause I go to the Osage City one every day. It’s not fair to close on those of us that have to work overnight so I’m up all night and you close on me early? It’s frustrating.

The store manager is horrible. Very rude and the store in not run properly. Employees are nice and apologize for their slowness unlike the store manager who makes snide comments to me. Service is very slow. Always busy and never enough help. I would not recommend this place but is only 1 out of 2 gas stations in town.

Afternoon and evening staff are usually pretty chipper and easy going and fast, the guy in the mornings isnt very fast about anything and seems rather negative 90% of the time, usually something about his job or a co worker or how bad his morning has been.
