I have been going there ever day for over 5 years on my way to work. Usually nothing wrong. Today, a person I believe to be their zone manager and another person whom I did not recognize obnoxiously violated a workers rights in front of the public. I understand that there are times when an associate may need guidance or even more due to their actions or attitude. No one should ever be excoriated or railed in front of the public. The zone manager was speaking in a muted/raised tone(angrily but in a lower volume) and the other person seemed to be recording the event. There is the distinct possibility that this will be ignored due to the person being complained about is the one who controls the site, but I will be notifying corporate come Tuesday. The worker was getting increasingly anxious while I was in store and was crying by the time I left. There is nothing in the retail world about ANY job that you should be making a person cry about. There is also no excuse for it being done in front of anyone else, even their coworkers. Unfortunately. it won’t let me post without at least one star, which is 6 stars more than this situation ranks.

This place is truly going down hill and it’s sad.. old breakfast pizza at 11am and that’s it. Bathrooms are disgusting. Gas pumps are always out of receipt paper. Used to be great just needs some better managing. The workers are very polite.

been to this casey twice in the last 3 weeks . The first time i ordered a pizza ahead of time was told 25 minutes i showed up at 30 minutes just to find out pizza was not even made yet had to wait another 20 minutes for pizza to be made and the manager refused to give me a discount or the pizza period. Went back last week and stood there for about 8 minutes while the girl behind the food counter just ignored us ,finally said hello we would like to order some food and she told us the person making the food was on break that we would have to wait even though she was behind the counter working with food ..

Rude, rude, rude. I placed a bag of Jerky on the counter to purchase and said “how are you?” The cashier then says “I NEED YOU TO STAND BEHIND THAT WHITE LINE,” in a matter of fact tone as if I were aware of the white line. Then he proceeds to tell me that the Beef Jerky that I was about to buy was expensive in case I wasn’t aware..? I told him I was not worried about the price, but thanks for the heads up. Zero customer service skills at that place. I have been in the area for almost 2 years now and this was my first and last time visiting Casey’s.

I walked in to your location to fix a cup of coffee and grab a pizza. Both kitchen attendants were comprimised by not following mask standards. One didn’t have their mask on and the other was wearing their mask below their chin. Not acceptable. I decided against ordering a pizza.

I order pizza from Casey’s about once a month or so. They are not skimpy on the topping like a lot of other places that make pizza. Lots of cheese. I have three Casey’s in my area but I will only go to one of them for pizza oh, and it is not the closest one. All pizzas are not created the same.
