I want to start off saying I love Casey’s, I always have. Their food is good and it never disappoints. However, we ordered pizza and breadsticks from Casey’s tonight and were not impressed. We got what our family usually gets, which is a taco pizza and cheese breadsticks, with some modifications to the pizza. (Marinara instead of refried beans and no tomatoes) When my wife got home we checked the pizza, and the modifications were not made. The lettuce was in huge pieces and seemed like it was already soggy before it was placed on the pizza. I was very disappointed because this has never happened to us when getting food from a Casey’s.

Overall, I find that this is a good store! However, the only thing that’s not okay with me, is the people that work there. I had just got done swimming today, and my friend walked into the store with her bathing suit on. She had a towel wrapped around her, and thought nothing of it. I was skeptical because this probably wasn’t okay, and she had walked in anyway. She had shoes on too, because I had asked her to put them on. After she walked in, an employee almost walked inside too when I stopped her. I asked if we could go in like this, (mind you I had a swimsuit on too) and she said no. I had said that they let men walk in with their shirts off and with no pants or shoes on too, practically with boxers on at that point. She had said that the only reason they did that was because we woman develop much different than men do. I was completely shocked by what she had said. I was upset to the point where I was going to walk into that store and educate her better than she had ever been educated before, but I kept my composure. I might be a 13-14 year old woman, but that was unexceptional. She walked back into the store, and told my friend that she wasn’t aloud in the store dressed like that. She came out of that store with tears in her eyes. She was so disappointed and disgusted by what she had told her, and so was I. Other than this situation, the store overall is amazing.

I placed an order at the St. Robert, MO location on 9/27/2022 at 10:40pm ticket number 2080 for in store pickup, promise time was 11:17. We had a long day of cleaning out my moms house who recently passed and we ordered caseys to feed our family (5 of them our children) when we got back to our airbnb. We got to the store at 11:15pm. By the time we got our food it was 12:00am and my kids did not even get to eat dinner. I work in culinary and am not one to complain but this is just not acceptable. We when we got back to the house our taco pizza did not have the chips on it and our wings were over cooked! I will also be calling the store and talking to the manager this morning.

Ordered a pizza and Coke for delivery. I got the pizza, but not the soda. I was charged for the complete order and have yet to receive a refund on the soda that wasn’t delivered. I sent a message to the guest relations on website and haven’t seen anything but the automated response. I reached out to you already. Still haven’t seen or heard from your “team” or guest services

If you order pizza do not expect anyone to get in a hurry. I heard “I’ll start you order now” 2 separate times. I ordered online and in store pickup. After an hour and still had not started it, I gave up. The cook wasn’t even in the kitchen half the time.

I waited back by the deli, waiting for someone to take my order. All the employees just looked at us and completely ignore us. The lady that ran the register was sitting up on the counter eating pizza and gossiping with other co-workers. Not even she would come ask what we needed. She was very rude when we checked out. Wouldn’t tell me what my total was or anything.

I’m from texas visiting family at ft Leonard Wood, Tristan made us the best pizza we have had since visiting. The kids loved and wanted more before we left. One suggestion please give him a tip jar when he works. Friendly and very helpful upon placing orders.

I had placed a online order for 4 pizza . After putting my info in it tells me something went wrong try again later. So we replaced the order and put payment info in again. This time it tells us submitted. Within 5 min I got a phone call from Vikki asking me if I wanted to place 2 orders. I said no explained to her what happen. A big thank you to Vikki for taking the time to call and make sure cause I could of ended up with 8 pizza and a double bill. I feel Vikki went above and took the time to make sure me as the customer was getting what I really wanted. Thank you Vikki and my pizzas was excellent
