This store is awesome. Great management and staff. Even when they are short handed they are cheerful and helpful. I witnessed a rude customer yesterday trying to be mean to one of the employees. The employee was trying to fix a iced coffee spill and mess, it wouldn’t stop dispensing. Well he was the only one on the register. The customer was yelling at him telling him he needed to do his job instead ofaking the kitchen worker check out people. I told the customer to stop being rude and there is no reason to treat the employees like that. When storesareshort handed, customers should not be rude and cussing at employees. No one deserves that! The employee was trying to prevent an even bigger mess so he had to take care of that before anything else. He had been so busy with customers that he couldn’t even stock or make teas. I helped stock cups to help him. I drink sweet tea chronically and it’s always prepared and fresh when I go in. Unlike most of the other stores in the area, they clean the containers and spickets out before they make new tea so it doesn’t give it that bad taste. And it’s awesome that their sweet tea is made with two sweet tea bags instead of one! They make the best sweet tea ever! It’s always clean. Their items are stocked and they have some awesome breakfast pizza.

Casey’s is a terrible company. They steal from their employees, the bathrooms are gross (splurge on some toilet seat covers will ya) and the slushy machine never works. They have ok breakfast sandwiches, but aside from that, I see no reason why a person shouldn’t jus go across the street to Kum & Go.

At 1:00am I ordered breakfast pizza to be made. The lady at the time advised me she would have it ready in twenty minutes. I knew that sometimes pizza takes a while, so I waited thirty minutes for it to be made. Around thirty five minutes after calling, the pizza wasn’t even started. I had driven all the way over there to be not only disappointed in the service but also the pizza on the warmers.

This location is modern and has a wide variety of drinks and snacks. I personally think the kitchen area where customers recieve food could use a more consistent level of cleaning. There are often smudges and crumbs on the counters and the kitchen workers are just talking. I personally don’t care that they have down time and are able to talk, but they need to talk while they make sure the service counter and equipment are clean. It may not be their responsibility and someone else’s responsibility but it should be more presentable. Rather than this, it is a generally clean place with a wide selection of beverages.

This is by far the worst Casey’s I went to. I wish I could give them minus 5 stars. I placed an order online which they screwed up and made another pizza, so I had to waste 20 mins waiting there while they made the right pizza. The new pizza was terrible. It was undercooked. The eggs were raw and the crust was so undercooked it fell apart.

Honestly I’ve always been a fan of other gas stations especially trucking ones. However for a smaller Casey’s location in the middle of nowheresville in comparison to the rest, this is one of the better locations to visit. The attendant at the counter always seems to be the same one, but if by far one of the most personable people I’ve ever come across at a general store. As well they have a relatively wide array of products, regardless of it’s size or location. Prices are that of other places usually, but it’s worth spending the same cost as another location of a different general store brand solely based on the customer service, as well due to the cleanliness of the location. They have everything even down to propane and makes Walmart look like a sad shame. If ever you are looking for a store that isn’t the norm, this is surely one of few places that stands on it’s own.
