Ordered on the phone got here around pick up time to find out that our order can’t be found. Waited 20min just for them to tell us someone just walked back in with our order and now we are waiting 20min for them to remake our 2 large pizzas and breadsticks. Not to mention the girl that took our order had terrible customer service and was rude. Not cool Pizza Hut.

I love this particular Pizza for the atmosphere, staff and food. It still has the interior design of the Pizza huts that were remodeled in the late 90s or early 2000s I can’t remember the exact time frame but it has the clock that’s been super fast for those who know they will know.

Website says you can’t deliver to my location so I called and asked about it 2.5 miles away! Then I’m told that I can’t have a specific time frame for delivery? I travel back and forth to Wichita on deliveries for work. Here is a scenario; you tell me forty five minutes for delivery and your not here yet, should I just tell the boss he should wait because this wasn’t handled more appropriately? Not even worth one star in my opinion!

They’re under staffed, but that’s not their fault. The persons working there are trying hard. With this new economy, most people are taking advantage of the trillions of dollars in bailouts and permanent unemployment and stay home than work. So all restaurants specifically and most businesses generally are way under staffed. This one so much so that they can’t offer delivery anymore. But it’s unfair that some of these reviews rate them low when people simply won’t work.

My husband and I order Pizza Hut pizza almost once a week. We do not order from the “Deal” menu because we have always felt that toppings are put on sparingly if you pay less for the deals. We always order the FULL PRICE menu pizza, thinking we will get more toppings. This last pizza we got had one piece that had exactly 2 pepperoni/2 sausage/2 really tiny pieces of mushroom. The rest of the pizza was pretty much the same. I also order “light sauce”. “Light sauce” does not mean “NO SAUCE”. The last two pizzas we got had “NO SAUCE”. This has not always been the case with this location. In the past we have been very happy with our orders. Something has changed there.

This restaurant has been around since i was a kid. Over the years, I’ve been less impressed with pizza hut across the board. I only order from there if I’m craving the stuffed crust, or if one of my kids gets a book- it pizza. Decent service. Had to wait on hold to place an order, for over 15 minutes… Prices not bad. They’re affiliated with the local school system, so that redeems them a bit.
