If I could give 10 stars for this manager who worked on March 21, 2020 at around 1:00-1:30 pm, at this station, I would. I also would like to thank him for his hospitality and greatly appreciated his assistance for changing my tire! I just left my niece’s home and had a very long drive home. I took my time and made it safely. It goes to show that through these troubling times people do show our solidarity as a nation working together and help others at no cost but just a Thank You. I went to store in late December 2017 to find that I was a few minutes late and the door was locked. As I begin to walk back to my car, freezing and disappointed, the young man behind the counter, deciding to add insult to injury, laughs at me over the intercom, thinking it was funny that I was out in single-digit temperatures trying to get my family at home Something to drink. I thought it quite unnecessary to laugh at someone locked out in freezing temperatures, even if he knew how cold it was in my home bc our heater went out over Christmas, how bad my hands hurt from the cold, and that I couldn’t get there earlier bc I had just gotten off work at a job at which I barely scrape by, he probably still would’ve laughed. That’s ok though, there may be less civility, compassion, and humanity amongst some people in this world but there’s still Karma, and I can’t wait for him to meet her.

Told me air pump was frozen and it indeed was not. I told them it was releasing air from the tank and was told, “well, my husband tried it this morning and told me that it wouldn’t unfreeze at all today and he knows what he’s talking about soo…” What a joke. Customer service is terrible.
