I ordered a 16piece wings and a order of cheesy bread to be delivered. I received two orders of bread sticks and nothing else. I called to tell them about it. Will have to wait for them to cook another order which will be another 45min. In the meantime an employee shows up at my house to ask me if I’m sure that I didn’t get the wings. Yes I’m sure. It’s now taken over 2hrs to get my food. The employees were rude…hung up on me. Bad business!

I’ve given this location a lot of chances and tonight they used their last one. The customer service at this branch is severely lacking. The attendants do not act professionally and instead talk with their co-workers while checking out customers. The pizza has been inconsistent at best. The sausage pizza we ordered tonight was raw at the center and so greasy the crust looked wet. It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to cook two medium pizzas when they’re (as the attendant told me) the only order currently in. I’m about done going here, especially when there’s half a dozen better pizza places and the shell down the block has better gas prices.

Went in this morning to get coffee and the sign said kona coffee and it was hazelnut. I hate hazelnut and thats all I tasted today. Will no longer buy my coffee there I will make it at home.
