This DQ has a ridiculously long drive thru wait time. Even if there is only a car or two in front of you, it takes forever.Went to order the new cake batter blizzard today, was told it’s sold out and they’re probably not going to get it back.Then tried to order a cherry dipped cone, was told they no longer will be selling cherry dipped cones.This comes after they already stopped selling butterscotch.Only chocolate dipped now…Take all these items OFF of your menu, if you don’t sell them anymore. Very disappointed in how lazy and ordinary this franchise has become. It’s like places get rid of items just to save money and make their own jobs easier.

This DQ is the nastiest and rudest DQ I have ever been to. The red haired girl at the window does not need to be working in a customer service position. She is the rudest thing ever. I would highly advise not wasting your money or time. The manager, however, was very nice and apologetic.

Some of the staff are amazing at this location. But the last two times(Feb 22-23, 2023) they have people at the drive thru that have left my blizzard sitting out melting before I reach the window. Due to having two customers in line before me. The last two nights they literally can’t do the flip the blizzard due to it being melted. There is also barely any brownie in my Choco Extreme Brownie blizzard. And my chicken strips have been consistently Over done

Around 8:25am 2/14/23 I came here for breakfast as my wife requested. I saw a employee walking in as I approached the drive thru, after 5 minutes of sitting at the speaker I decide to pull on around to the window where I notice they’ve turned all the lights off. I pull on around to see someone standing in the dark on their phone.

The owner doesn’t seem to care about bring open for the customer. Today, for the SIXTH time in a year I drove up for breakfast and it was a closed at 10 am on a Saturday with 7 cars in the drive thru line! No one even put a sign up to say they were closed! I am going to contact the franchise directly to let them know how the owner conducts things
