They were very rude. Staff was very unhelpful, and when we tried to get pizza lady just looked at us fill the cabinet and ignored us. I’ve never go to this case is again talk about rude.

Don’t bother with breakfast here its terrible now. We come in every morning same time a group of 4 or 5 people and the food used to be great. Now the sandwiches are cold and literally not even cooked most of the time and the pizza looks like it had been there since 5 and we come in around 8. Ann is awesome but who ever has made the food the past few days needs let go. I get drinks here and breakfast at pilot now about to just be one stop at pilot everyday.

Went there tonight to pick up a door dash order the cashier was standing at counter, my husband walks in and says I’m here to pick up door dash. The cashier starts laughing and says we have no pizza it’s been closed for an hour, he said well your app let them order? She said not my problem! He came out to car we contacted door dash, I look up and she’s smoking a vape pen in the store!! Looks at me out the window gives me a dirty look and hits the vape AGAIN. Her n the man both in street clothes no name tags! I go in the store and asked who’s the manager? Her response they’re not here! I said I didn’t ask that! She said what can I help you with? The only reason I’m not just leaving 1 star is their food has usually been good, tonight that all changed! I ordered the 1 topping pizza with breadsticks, brownie bites and a 2 litre for $18 plus $2 tip. The pizza was absolutely drenched in grease! It tasted as bad as it looked, I managed to take 3 bites and was done. The breadsticks were average as were the brownie bites.

The staff here are lazy, I came in to pick up a pizza that said would be done by 4:55 and here it is 5:19 and they JUST NOW put it in. This isn’t the first time this has happened. They are all on their phones and pay zero attention to the customers. Their service is horrific. A lady told me when I walked in it would be 7 minutes extra and here it is almost a half hour.

Employees always seem friendly, and the store is always clean when I’m there. This location is nearest my house but out of my way from most trips out and about, so I don’t get here too often. I do usually come here if I need to air a tire, and I usually buy something while I’m here.
