Chicken was hot and good but I think prices were higher than usual. I asked for water for my drink and usual I get a. large cup of water but this time I was given bottled water and charged for it. The staff were very nice but the Cole slaw and mashed potatoes ere not very good. We love KFC but were disappointed today.

Food was pretty decent, staff wasn’t rude but not exactly brimming with a positive attitude either, our order was initially misunderstood and we had to wait for it to be corrected, but I blame this on the crusty drive-thru speaker, coupled with the lack of a screen on which to verify the order. The place is a little run-down and dimly lit, but overall I can’t say that this location is any better or worse than the Natchez franchise. It’ll do fine if you’re hungry for greasy chicken.

Was honestly less than impressed by our experience here. We arrived well before closing time, the lights at the drive thru were not working so you could not read the menu, after ordering chicken tenders, the girl inside told us they were out of tenders. We then ordered something else & were told they were out of that as well. We asked what they DID have & were then told they did in fact have tenders, it was just going to be a few minutes wait to cook them. We said we’d wait. We paid for a few items to be changed/upgraded on our order but did not receive he items. The only saving grace was that our food was hot.

the lady at the window was beyond rude. Every question was no. They did not change the order. We coukd not add to the order.. She never asked what sides juat gave us whatever they wanted. Very blunt customer service was the worst. Food was cold and old. Biscuits hard. No napkins asked about kid meal’s juice she stated it was in the box. A lie. Just awful.
