9/2 — I don’t eat from KFC often at all, but this is the closest place to get chicken besides making it at home. I had my sister pick up a couple spicy breasts for me. It was THE BEST KFC I’ve ever had – super fresh, juicy, crunchy and spicy. It was so good I had to call and give compliments to the staff. I spoke with Keisha who was very friendly and professional. Thanks y’all and keep it up!

First 2 times I went my food was wrong. Then I went again and the white girl in drive through has a terrible smart mouth on her and I have no idea how she has a job there or works in the public. I just went back after a couple weeks and she was completely rude and incorrect about what they have on the menu. Her attitude was so bad I didn’t complete my order because I was not putting myself through that again with her. Then I called there to explain to manager what had happened and she answered. Said she was the manager but wouldn’t give her name. Will not EVER go back!!!!

Ol lady at the drive thru window had attitude. Read my order back to me 3 times order was still wrong. One pickle on a chicken asked if I could order more. Was told I couldn’t add anything at drive thru window. My coworker biscuits were uncooked. Chicken was soggy and old. And overall we felt completely unwelcomed and more of a bothersome more than anything. The place wasn’t even busy so it’s not as if they should have been in any urge or rush. 11pm 2/9/24

Drive thru. The seasoning of the chicken was unrecognizable. Somebody forgot 6 of the 11 spices. It was edible but disappointing. I was craving those 11 spices of old. Dang it.

Bad customer service. I tried to order last night it was a little after 9pm and they were still open when I pulled up to the drive thru they said their monitors were down come back in 10 minutes. So I said ok I came back 10 minutes later the guy on the speaker tells me that their register is down come back in 30 minutes. By this time I know they were just trying to run the clock down until ten o’clock. So to the management talk to your workers because they are costing you guys money. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Chicken was old . Only had dark meat. No chicken strips. Dining room was closed. Cashier said cook just came off of break so they were out of everything. When I was a manager of kfc, my cook never went on break unless I knew we were well stocked up on everything before going on break. At 230 in the afternoon, they should not have been out of food and they had enough people working to have had the dining room open for travelers to go in to wash hands and have a bathroom break. The best part was is the cashier was friendly
